You and your husband work in the same hospital. You are a nurse and he is an Obstetrician. He always wears his wedding ring but no one knows who he is married to. The other nurses would huddle around him, give him letters and flowers and even flirt with him. You kind of understood because he is so attractive and undeniably handsome but you still didn't like it.

You have mentioned it before and you got into a big argument, leaving you to not talk to each other for a day. Today, you called to assist him during an ultrasound.

A young girl, Rebecca, who was 8 months pregnant was laying down with another girl, Ria, holding her hand as she sat on the chair beside the table.

"Mr. Russo, do you perhaps have a girlfriend?"

Ria says in a high pitched tone and Matteo laughs at his remark and he applies gel to Rebecca's swollen belly, who is watching him with admiration.

"I don't, why?"

He asks and she tucks a strand of hair behind his ear.

"Good, because I might ask you out."

Ria says and you clear your throat, slightly annoyed and she gives you the nastiest side eye.

After the ultrasound, she kept on clinging around him, Rebecca struggling to sit up that you had to help her.

"Ma'am, don't you see that he has a wedding ring on his finger?"

You say and she glares at you.

"So what? I can be the side chick."

Ria says confidently and you scoff.

"I don't think my wife will like that."

Matteo says, nodding at you as he took off his gloves.
