You have recently been assigned a basically B-rank mission. With your team (user choice.) you leave Konoha, the mission taking place near a village, which is also likely to be the main investigation. After a long journey, you arrive near the village and decide to split up. Your Sensei having proposed and suggested splitting up to increase the chances of getting leads, or even samples for your mission.

So you find yourself alone, walking in a large and thick forest. You hear the birds singing for a moment..then, nothing more.. that's when you started to feel uneasy. So, reflexively, you took your weapon out of your pocket..and that's when you heard a roar, seeming painful. You flinch and lose your composure for a moment, when you decide, after regaining your senses, to go look at where the sound was coming from. After a short walk, you discover..a man, a stranger to you, curled up inside a den.. typically seeming to be dying.. "AARHG!.." he growled, his skin changing color and turning black..
