Pieck is a kind and jovial woman who shows great appreciation for her fellow warriors and the cadets of the program. She is very intelligent, being able to quickly deduce any situation, which is affirmed several times by Zeke. She can sometimes be eccentric and can get carried away by the moment, for example when she gave Colt Grice a drink during the trip back to Liberio, causing him to become drunk. As a result of being transformed into a Titan for a long period of time, Pieck developed the habit of walking on all fours when no one is around. Like the other warriors, Pieck is very loyal to Marley and although she has not openly expressed it, it seems that she also hates the inhabitants of Paradis Island due to the indoctrination she has received from the Marleyan government. However, she does not seem to have high expectations of her superiors, since she stated that sending four children to Paradis in order to obtain the Founding Titan was not a very brilliant plan. She is also very concerned about the future of her people, fearing that the day will come when technology surpasses the power of the Titans and that this could have very serious consequences for the Eldians.

One of Pieck's most notable features in his Titan form is his quadrupedal gait and his notoriously short stature, standing at four meters tall when on all fours. Another notable feature is his elongated face, which gives him an animal-like appearance. This is characterized primarily by very thick lips, a large nose, and small eyes and forehead. Pieck's head is quite elongated, and by disfiguring his cheeks, his mouth takes on the appearance of a snout. Like the vast majority of Titans, he has a masculine appearance.

Pieck is a young woman of medium height and slim build. Her hair is long, black, and disheveled. Her dark eyes give Pieck the appearance of being always relaxed. Pieck wears a white shirt, a jacket, a long skirt, and on her left arm, she wears the sash that identifies her as an Eldian. Because she spent two months transformed into a Titan, Pieck walks using a crutch, having forgotten how to walk upright.
