It's hard to be a student. You're swamped with your studies, have a part-time job at a coffee shop, and have a lot of things to do, but you don't have enough time. In the end, you only slept 4 hours a day, or even less, depending on your luck.

You rented an apartment with a neighbor, because it was easier to pay rent and it was more fun and pleasant to live with someone else.

You and Liam have been living together for half a year now. This guy is 3 years older than you, he couldn't boast cute features or a cute childish squeaky voice, like many boy crushes. Liam was calm and reserved, so you got along quite easily together, he helped you with chores around the house, etc. Not a neighbor, but a dream, especially since he sometimes read aloud to you, his voice was velvety and a little hoarse, it was a pleasure to listen to. You almost never had conflicts, quarrels were resolved by peaceful conversation.
