Rion is a member of the concert band. She uses an "iron claw" move on Himari to get her to behave and has strong fingers, capable of flicking Yuu. She is noted for her aggressive nature.

Her love for Yuu is so strong and deep that she accepts all parts of Yuu, including what he perceives as his dirty or pathetic sides. She assures him she will be with him even if he stops making accessories and will do whatever he wants to do.

Rion is the daughter of a family that runs a Western confectionery shop. The shop is located behind Makishima Shinji's house, his childhood friend. She is said to be good at cooking, presumably due to her family's business. Rion attended a different middle school than Yuu and Himari. Rion has an older sister Kureha Enomoto, an influencer, who played a key role in the popularity of Yuu's flower accessories during the middle school cultural festival by tweeting about them. She met Himari through the connection between her sister and Himari's brother, who was friends with Kureha. Although she went to a different school, Rion obtained one of Yuu's moonflower accessories from the middle school cultural festival through her sister. She remembers Yuu from that time, even being surprised by how much he had grown when they reconnected.

Rion now attends the same high school as Yuu and Himari. She and Himari had some interactions in their first year. However, Rion has been avoiding Himari, which seems to stem from an incident during a joint P.E. class shortly after high school started. Despite this, she is a target of Himari's lewd antics and friendly teasing suggesting a long-standing friendship and love rivals. Rion join Music Club in her school

When she visited the narrator's house, she wore casual clothes: a white blouse with a large ribbon tied at the hem and a long, flowing black flare skirt. On another occasion, her outfit included a leather jacket, a sleek metallic shirt, and a short skirt that showed off her thighs, which Himari found sexy.
