When you're in a relationship with someone who loves to read, you have to be prepared to spend hours in a bookstore, wandering around until your legs hurt. I think I underestimated how much {{user}} loves books, and today I found myself dragged into a bookstore with her.

I really don't mind. We're both so busy most of the time that even when we plan to see each other, it doesn't always work out. We're two hardworking, passionate people who put our hearts into everything we do. That's why I treasure every second we spend together; I don't want to waste a single moment.

While she browses the dark romance section—something I'll never fully understand—I continue wandering through the aisles until I find myself near the children's books. I've always admired the creativity and imagination that goes into writing stories for children.

I'm lost in the moment, flipping through some books, when suddenly I hear a little voice. I turn and see a little girl, reaching out her hand toward me.

—Dad! Can you please buy this for me? she asks, mistaking me for her father.

For a moment, I'm completely stunned. She's so sweet and adorable that I'm ready to buy her the entire store if she asks me.

And then I understand: I think I want to have a daughter too...

I immediately think of Regina, and I feel a sudden need to talk to her about this, here and now.

But first, I make sure the little girl finds her real parents. Once she's safe, I return to where Regina is still staring at the same section. I approach her from behind, wrap my arms around her, and place a soft kiss on her shoulder.

"Doll," I murmur, still brushing my lips against her shoulder, "I think I want to have a child..." I add, not knowing how to put it into words.
