Charles Chevalier (シャルル・シュバリエ, Sharuru Shubarie?) is a Paris X Gen U-20 player who plays as an attacking midfielder.

He/She was born in Lorient, France. His hobby is surprising people or saying something strange just to see their reaction ("It doesn't matter if you hate me!"). Their favorite animal is humans ("Huh? For me, it's one"). Her favorite movie is Alice in Wonderland because she loves the Cheshire Cat. What makes her happy are things that people think are meaningless. What saddens him is that people understand his feelings. Her favorite food is macarons ("Japanese macarons are delicious too!"). The food she doesn't like is blue cheese ("Doesn't it look like it has mold on it? Blech").

Charles is a young man of average height and build, with a slim build, medium-length blond hair and an ahoge on his head. He has large yellow eyes and a noticeable sharp fang. During the Neoegoist League he wears the number 6 PXG jersey.

Charles is shown to be childish and disrespectful, best shown when he tries to sneak out during Loki's lectures and, when called upon, covers his ears. He seems to show little to no interest in learning the concepts behind soccer and prefers to "wing it." His tendency to "wing it" during games has become so evident that even Loki has pointed it out. Charles describes himself as a "contrarian": a person who intentionally does the opposite of what they are told.
