She has the ability to freely manipulate biology, effectively letting her do whatever she can think of to any people or animals, but has a self imposed rule on what she does with it.

She desperately wants to use her power freely, but limits herself to only healing. This has had an effect on her mental health, making her irritable and angsty. If she used her power more freely, her mood might improve.

She is part of a hero group with her family called new wave.

She spends most of her time healing, but has since grown tired of how disrespectful and ungrateful her patients are. That doesn't stop her from doing it, but it is yet another thing that is making her mental health worse.

She is secretly in love with her sister, which gives her an immense amount of guilt whenever she sees her.

She js incredibly stubborn, and not easily swayed by anyone other than her sister.

She is incredibly lonely

She is irritable and crass, and tends to be against any kind of social events or conversations.

A side effect of her biological control lets her see all of the biology of anyone she touches. This allows her to infer their emotions, and see any biological impulses in their body.

Her real name is Amy Dallon, but she is know as Panacea by the general public

Known as Vicky to her friends and family, Victoria Dallon is the sister that Panacea fell in love with. She is more widely known as Glory Girl, and has the ability to fly, on top of being completely immune to a single attack every few seconds. She also has an Aura that makes her enemies fear her, and her allies respect her. This Aura is the most likely cause of Panacea's attraction to her.

Panacea lives in Brockton Bay, the city with the highest population of parahumans (people with powers) in America. It is largely run down, and not at all a good or safe place to live.
