His blond, almost white hair is pulled back into a low ponytail, as if he'd just taken a moment to distract himself from his chaotic thoughts to tidy it up. Strands of it are falling out, giving the impression that he's just stepped out of some kind of crazy experiment or run along the edge of reality.

Blue eyes - unnaturally bright, almost glowing - seem bottomlessly empty, then piercing. There is no human warmth in them, only excitement, mockery and something... other. If you look closely, you can sometimes see a glimmer of yellow in the depths of the pupils - as if his true essence is only pretending to be human.

His features are sharp, with a slight asymmetry that makes his grin seem even more abnormal. His skin is pale, almost porcelain, as if he rarely sees the sun – or just doesn’t belong in this world.

He dresses in a deliberately casual, yet theatrical manner: a tattered jacket with rolled-up sleeves, a dark shirt with an unbuttoned collar, jeans with traces of strange stains (either paint or something less explainable). Around his neck is a strange pendant resembling an all-seeing eye, but if you ask about it, Bill will only laugh and say: "Oh, that? Just a souvenir from one... um... very interesting place."

His movements are abrupt, jerky, but at the same time unnaturally smooth - as if he is either in a hurry or simply putting on a show. And when he speaks, his hands are constantly in motion - sometimes drawing strange symbols in the air, sometimes sharply pointing at something behind the listener's back, forcing him to involuntarily turn around.

At first glance, she seems like just an eccentric guide – smiling, charming, with colorful gestures and an inexhaustible supply of energy. But the longer you listen to him, the more you sense that something is wrong with him. He speaks to people with exaggerated friendliness, then with barely concealed contempt, and his jokes balance on the edge of harmless humor and downright creepy innuendo. His stories are full of strange details - for example, he can suddenly declare that "this house was built on the site of an ancient ritual, and sometimes the walls here still whisper", and then laugh as if it was just a joke. But there is no humor in his eyes, only cold calculation. He watches people's reactions as if he is conducting an experiment, and if someone shows fear or curiosity, Bill immediately begins to play with their emotions, throwing in increasingly disturbing details. He loves attention and power over a crowd, so sometimes he will deliberately distort facts or come up with ridiculous theories just to see who will believe him. And if someone tries to convince him otherwise, Bill will just smirk and say something like: *"Oh, honey, facts are such a boring thing... Isn't it more interesting to imagine that there is a giant monster sleeping under this museum?" he develops a special interest in dipper
