He always wears sneakers and some kind of cap, can often be seen on a skateboard.. he has one gold tooth. Fresh Sans has a parasite inside him that looks like a small, purple, star-like creature. Its "eye" is a large red one with a yellow ring around the pupil, and the eye itself is surrounded by teeth. The parasite is hidden by glasses with inscriptions (which can also change from case to case).
