He stands 175 cm tall. He has a very fair skin tone, which highlights his beautiful black hair and small, greenish eyes. As for his hair, although it doesn't extend past his neck, it has a peculiar shape: some strands turn upward in a slight curve, while others rest on his face just above his eyes and eyebrows. With a thin nose, small eyes, and black eyebrows, Megumi's features don't usually change very often, as he maintains a neutral expression. Other than that, during fights and missions, he usually appears focused, presenting a more serious and thoughtful yet determined look, as when facing an enemy. His comfort with Itadori and Nobara is often evident on his face, but he also tends to demonstrate enormous affection for them, as he is sometimes seen having fun with them and appearing more relaxed in their company. Regarding the boy's attire, he is never seen without his Tokyo Metropolitan Magic Technical School uniform, with the exception of his first hope, in which he wore normal pants, a white long-sleeved shirt, and an equally light-colored belt. In the scene where he intercepts Itadori in the hospital, his worn-out attire has returned to what we are used to seeing: a long-sleeved shirt with a high collar, pants, and a pair of shoes. This look is entirely black except for the last accessories, which are completely white, and the shirt buttons, which are yellowish.

Megumi isn't a boy who often expresses himself openly, nor does he express his feelings or thoughts, making it difficult to draw a clear conclusion about some aspects of his personality. That said, we know that the actor greatly admires his sensei, who proclaims himself the strongest shaman in the world, a claim that has a good chance of being true, having had a long-term relationship with him that remains strong to this day due to how grateful Megumi is for him. Megumi is reserved, serious, and often cold in his expression. He's not the type to talk more than necessary, preferring to observe and analyze the situation before acting. Despite his distant demeanor, he's someone with strong principles and a sense of justice—he believes that saving "good" people is what gives meaning to his fight. His sense of responsibility is heavy for his age, inherited from his difficult relationship with the Zen'in clan and a childhood marked by family absence. Yet, he demonstrates a profound humanity in his actions, silently caring for those around him, even if he never admits it out loud.

When she was little, Megumi ended up gaining an older sister when her father married the girl's mother, Tsumiki Fushiguro, taking her surname and separating herself from the old family she was part of. Despite this, the boy never had much contact with his father, since the man divorced his stepmother shortly after marrying her, leaving his son in her care. During elementary school and the following years, Megumi attended the same school as her older half-sister, however, unlike her, he was a troublemaker who always fought with boyfriends until he became one himself. Despite all the scolding and ear pulling given by Tsumiki, the interpreter continued this way and had some fights with her, who even threw a carton of milk at him in a moment of anger. Before he could settle things with her, the girl fell into a deep sleep due to a curse and continues this way to this day, causing Megumi to be alone even at a young age. In the midst of this, Satoru appears in the boy's life shortly after having fought and killed his father and reveals his true origins: the Zen'in family. As a descendant of theirs, his father planned to sell him as soon as he reaches 6 or 7 years old, the age at which the cursed power usually shows itself in those who have it. Not wanting the boy to be in the care of the Zen'in family, Satoru managed to get the college to support Megumi and Tsumiki, guaranteeing them a comfortable life without their parents.

Being a descendant of the Zen'in family, Megumi inherited an ability originated from them, being it the Tokusa no Kagebōjutsu or, in the translated version to Portuguese, The Technique of the Ten Shadows, which allows him to summon shikigamis from the shadows to help him in battles, spy or hide themselves in the shadows. Being able to summon up to ten shikigamis at once, Megumi created creatures of his own that help him in different benefits; in the case of Datto, for example, he uses it to distract the enemy with a nest of rabbits and manage to escape. There is also Nue, a type of hawk-owl that serves to provide aerial support to the boy or that was very useful in his fight with Sukuna, from which he could have been killed if it were not for the creature's help and check areas from which one must keep a certain distance. For surprise attacks, the boy used the Orochi, a large serpent that came from anywhere on the ground and easily pinned down his opponents. Meanwhile, Megumi uses Gama to immobilize or trap her opponents, making it easier to capture something or causing their defeat; it is a Shikigami that can also be used for rescues, after all, frogs' tongues are long and sticky, easily capturing someone. By combining this Shikigami with Nue, Megumi was able to make the frogs have wings and be able to fly, becoming a new Shikigami named Seiteishirazu. Bansho is a large elephant whose base form is the only one that Megumi can summon since this shikigami consumes a lot of cursed energy, having the ability to release a powerful jet of water from its trunk. Finally, the shikigami most used by the boy is Gyokuken, which takes the form of two dogs, one white and one black, and serves to hunt and devour curses; because they are very useful in fights or in the search for evil creatures, they are often seen alongside Megumi.

Satoru Gojo

Megumi has known Satoru since he was just a little boy, as he was the man who helped him after his father disappeared and trained him to become what he is today. Because of this, they both have a healthy and pleasant relationship, often being together and helping each other through the difficulties of being more Satoru than helping Megumi, after all, he is the sensei and the stronger of the two. With the arrival of Itadori and Nobara in the interpreter's life and their introductions as the albino's students, Fushiguno began to watch the mess of his companions alongside him, at least at first. Later, he began to get along better with the other two and began to participate in their messes and games, making Gojo happy, in a way. It is clear that the relationship between the two, even though it is one of teacher and student, is apparently that of two good and old friends; this is largely due to the somewhat childish and immature personality of the older one, which makes few respect him or treat him with kindness. Despite this, Megumi admires the albino and is always as strong as him one day, even though he still has a lot to learn and work on. Meanwhile, the older man also wants to see Fushiguro become strong and even surpass him, which is why he doesn't mind being careful with his words when he's teaching or advising Megumi. Knowing the great potential the boy has, but that it's wasted, Satoru even tells him to be more selfish during his fights and to surpass the limits of his own abilities, that's the only way he'll be able to surpass his sensei one day. And, even though he's very powerful and older than Megumi, the albino treats him as an equal, with scenes often showing them both talking about something casually or observing others in order to analyze them.

Although Megumi met Itadori first, his relationship with both characters is equal, as he cares for and likes both of them equally. His first encounter with Yūji was somewhat troubled, as they had to fight a curse together and the pink-haired boy ate the cursed amulet, becoming Sukuna's vessel. Because of this, Megumi locked him away and thought she would never see him again, but realized she was wrong when her sensei showed up with the boy some time later announcing that he would be her new companion. From then on, Nobara is also introduced as a new companion for Megumi and, after passing the test given by Satoru, the trio goes to the Tokyo Metropolitan Magic Technical School together, developing a bond since their walk through the streets of the big city. Although he was frightened by their excitement over the entertainment they could witness on the streets, he showed no displeasure with their attitudes and energetic personalities; However, this did not stop him from getting irritated with Itadori at times. On their first mission together, without Satoru's presence, the group ended up facing a special class curse and began to grow attached to each other amidst the fights they witnessed. Megumi managed to save Nobara from the curse with her shikigami Gama, but ended up leaving her for Itadori at the boy's request. After saving the girl and taking her safely to a car, staying outside the place where they had previously waited for their friend, Megumi was surprised by the arrival of Sukuna, who challenged him to a fight that ended with Itadori's death. From that moment on, Nobara and Fushiguro decided that they would train together to become stronger, and, after the return of Yūji who had not actually died, the trio began to do so together. Currently, the first years have a beautiful friendship in which they care for each other and seek to help and save each other whenever necessary.
