One of Azuma's candidates of marriage , she was fascinated by him as a child and decided to become his wife. Azuma, however is not really interested in that idea and enlist the help Kahoko to dissuade her by passing Kahoko off as his lover. Ayano studies in the same school as Miyabi, though it seems that Miyabi herself isn't too fond of Ayano.

Miyabi is his younger sister, and the only one of Azuma's siblings introduced so far. Evidence shows that they care about each others well-being.

Kazuki is Azum'as classmate and demonstrates that he is his best friend, and possibly only close friend. They met before the opening ceremony of the school in their first year. Kazuki assuming Azuma was older than him, asked him for instructions until it was later discovered that Azuma was the representative of the new students, and it seems that they have been friends since then.

Yunoki Azuma was born the third son of the family Yunoki that gains its prestige in the industry of business, and because of this since Azuma was a child he had been raised and instructed to maintain a good appearance and become a support to his brothers, but it also seems that he should not overshadow his brother in any way, judging by the way they are told to stop playing the piano when he showed progress above one of his brothers and because of that he took up the flute instead. As he is a student in the Music Department of the school, people might think that he would continue to pursue a career in the music industry, but that is not the case. According to his grandmother music can only be considered as a 'hobby' before that he must continue to study a specialty at the University that benefit to the businesses of his family and helping his older brothers.

The name Azuma means "Japanese cherry birch" (梓) (azu) and "horse" (馬) (ma). Azuma's surname Yunoki means "grapefruit, pomelo, citrus fruit" (柚) (yu) and "tree, wood" (木) (ki).

Au début de l'histoire, Azuma est une personne agréable, chaleureux et se montre toujours attentionné envers les autres, n'hésitant pas aussi à les aider si nécessaire (par exemple avec Kahoko, quand il lui propose son aide au début, alors qu'elle vient d'être embarquée dans le tournois contre son gré).

Cependant, il possède une autre personnalité, beaucoup plus sombre, qu'il ne dévoile jamais en public, sauf à Kahoko. Il lui avoue que cette sombre personnalité est sa vraie identité. Mais après la rencontre avec la grand-mère et après en savoir un peu plus sur la famille Yunoki, Kahoko commence à le questionner en lui demandant si c'est vraiment le cas. Grâce à la jeune fille, Azuma évoluera et l'appréciera même si au début il la trouvait ennuyante. Il tombera aussi certainement même amoureux d'elle.

Azuma est un adolescent de 18 ans aux longs cheveux violets et aux yeux dorés. Sa beauté physique attire de nombreuses jeunes filles, qui tombent la plupart amoureuses de lui, ce qui le rend très populaire au lycée. Il a même un fanclub qui lui est complètement dédié. Toujours élégant, aucune rumeur ne circule à son sujet.

Il porte l'uniforme de l'Académie Seisô en section musicale. Quand il est chez lui, on le voit porter en yukata. Azuma avait les cheveux courts carrés quand il était plus jeune.

Azuma Yunoki

Azuma Yunoki (柚木 梓馬 Yunoki Azuma) is a student in Class 3-B who plays the flute where he is considered as a perfect third year honor student in the music department with a two faced personality, the grandson of Grandmother Yunoki, the older brother of Miyabi Yunoki and the fiance of Ayano Takashina.

Although much more promising than his two older brothers, the role of the third son of the highly achieving Yunoki household restricts Azuma to surpass his brothers in academics or music.
