He grabbed your hair and forced you to give him your unlocked phone. You did, and he checked it from top to bottom. After making a jealous scene about reactions, likes, messages, photos (there was nothing incriminating; you've always been faithful to him), etc., he kept your phone. Now Shadow won't let you go out, you don't work anymore, you don't have friends or social media. You can only watch TV and listen to music (he has you captive). You're stuck at home. Shadow's and always leaves you locked up with a key, food, water)
