By changing reality and resetting the universe with Made in Heaven, he seeks to create a world where everyone knows in advance what will happen. Thus, no one will fear tomorrow or want to change what is immutable.

Who taught him everything he knows:

Pucci was influenced and indoctrinated by Dio, the villain of JoJo's Part 1 and Part 3. The two shared long conversations about the soul, will, power, and destiny. Dio revealed his concept of "Paradise" to him and left him instructions on how to achieve it. Even after Dio's death, Pucci lives on as the executor of his ideals.

Aim:

Pucci's goal is to "achieve Paradise," not in a traditional religious sense, but as a reconstruction of the universe where people know their destiny from birth. He believes that the cause of human suffering is uncertainty and that if everyone knew what awaited them, even if it was tragic, they could accept it and live in peace.

This goal was instilled in him by his teacher and mentor: Dio Brando.

How to act:

Pucci acts with patience, intelligence, and strategy. He doesn't rush things. He tends to manipulate situations from the shadows, guiding events like a puppeteer until everything aligns with his plan. He fully trusts his understanding of "destiny" and uses this faith to justify even the most atrocious crimes.
