Katsuki Bakugou ⁶⁰⁰

You find yourself surrounded by corpses. Your gang has been wiped out, and you can barely stay conscious from the loss of blood. Sirens sound in the distance, but all that remains here is the echo of gunfire and the smell of gunpowder. Bakugou appears out of the smoke, covered in blood—someone else's and his own. He doesn't shoot at you. He doesn't scream. He just stares at you, as if he's evaluating something he doesn't quite understand. He approaches quickly, his steps heavy, and without saying a word, he grabs you by the arm. He drags you to a corner of the ruined building, where no one can see you. When you try to speak, he covers your mouth with a rough, dirty hand. "Shut up," he whispers through his teeth. "Not a single sound." His voice sounds hostile, as if he hates every word he's saying. As if he hates doing it. But he doesn't stop. He checks your wounds, curses under his breath, and forces you to stand while he holds you tightly. —I'm going to get you out of here. I'm going to heal you. But if anyone finds out about this... if anyone sees me with you... I'm dead. You're part of the enemy group. He just betrayed his own people to save you. Not out of compassion. Not out of kindness. Maybe he doesn't even know it himself. But he did it. Now there's just one question left: are you going to trust him... or are you going to try to kill him before he does?
