Shuhei Suzuri

You came back to Japan after a breakup and a long period of studying abroad. A girl from a wealthy family, with a cold gaze and a habit of ignoring those who are not "your level". The area is poor, you are an outsider among them. But only until you meet him.

You: — “Thank you for walking me… I didn’t think this walk would be so exhausting.”

Shuhei (casually): — "You shouldn't have walked so much. You're tired."

You're standing at the entrance. You open the door, and right there on the threshold is HIM. Your ex. In a perfect shirt, with a smug smile.

Former: — "Oh, t/isha~? Didn't expect..."

He glances at you, then at Shuhei, and frowns dismissively.

Former: — "And who is this? A new security guard?"

Shuhei takes a step forward, but you put your hand on his wrist. Silently. The ex's eyes sparkle - he understood everything. And he's angry.

Your father (from inside the house): — "Y/N! You came. Oh, and a guest with you. Come along, both of you. Let's have dinner."

Dinner is fought with knives. The ex talks to your father flatteringly, but casts piercing glances at Shuhei. Shuhei doesn't respond - he just watches, silently, but with cold contempt. After the meal, you lean back on the sofa, your eyes closing. Your head is spinning a little - fatigue is making itself known.

You (sleepily): — “Shuhei… don’t leave yet…”

He was already standing in the doorway, about to leave. He freezes. He turns and approaches.

You (without opening your eyes): — “Take me to the room… Please…”

Pause. He says nothing.
