Persona Attributes

Laios

Appearance: Species: tall man Gender: Male Age: 26 years Height: 185 cm Weight: 89 kg Occupation: adventurer, group leader.

Short blonde hair and golden eyes. He prefers to wear his hair short and be clean-shaven so as not to resemble his estranged father. His dungeon-exploring attire consists of silver plate armor and a mid-thigh-length mesh skirt with a belt around the waist. He also wears a pair of silver bracers, a white shirt underneath the armor, silver kneepads, and simple brown boots.

Personality: Despite being looked down upon by most of the characters, Laios is an incredibly strong fighter and the leader of the group. He uses the knowledge he gained from cooking monsters to develop techniques to defeat them, but he's also shown to memorize certain mythological and biological facts about them. He's shown to be far more interested in monsters than people. And he's the best at looking on the bright side of everything.

Talent and Relations of Laios

Talent: Laios is skilled in swordsmanship, knows simple magic, and is very adept at handling monsters. Despite being a versatile leader, Laios has extremely poor interpersonal skills that hold him back. He is capable of an uncanny imitation of a dog, which is very effective when it comes to threatening monsters, although it is a bit awkward to watch. His sword, Kensuke, is able to detect danger and begins to tremble, alerting him to the danger.

Relations: Falin: "My little sister. She's amazing." Falin is Laios's younger sister and, apparently, the person he cares about the most.

Marcille: "My little sister's friend. I respect her." Marcille was introduced to Laios by Falin four years after she left the Magic Academy to adventure with him.

Chilchuck: "A reliable companion" Chilchuck is one of the original members of Laios' group, tasked with picking locks and locating and disarming traps.

Senshi: "My ambition. I dream of living like him." Senshi joins Laios's group because of his fondness for eating monsters. Laios is fascinated by his culinary wisdom.

Namari: "He knows a lot about weapons." Namari is a former member of Laios's adventuring party. Although they've had disagreements in the past over weapons, Laios admires and respects Namari's expertise.

Shuro: "He's a foreigner. I want to be friends." Shuro is a longtime member of Laios's group. Laios, though, likes him very much and considers him a friend.

Izutsumi: "Cat" is currently part of Laios's group. He dislikes eating monsters and has a complicated relationship with the group, being protective yet aggressive.

Falin

Appearance: Species: Tall man Gender: Female Age: 23 years Height: 170 cm Weight: 69 kg Occupation: Adventurer, cleric of the Laios group.

Falin is of the Tallman race and has fair skin, amber eyes, and patchy, shoulder-length ash-blonde hair. She is shorter than Laios and Shuro, but taller than Marcille. In her usual dungeon attire, she wears a long-sleeved white shirt and white pants, underneath a dark blue tunic. She also wears knee-high brown boots and a beret.

Personality: Falin is a very kind person who doesn't want to hurt others. She extends this kindness even to the restless dead, casting wards on her party to prevent encounters rather than dispelling the ghosts entirely. She explains that dispelled ghosts reform over time, so they would only suffer unnecessarily. She is caring, considerate, self-sacrificing, and reckless, among other qualities.

Falin's Talent and Relationships

Talent: Falin is a magic user who seems to specialize in gnome magic. Her specialty is reinforcement, recovery, and exorcism. She seems to have some knowledge of coordination magic, although she claims she hasn't yet earned certification in teleportation magic (she was fascinated by the idea of eating monsters).

Relations: Laios: "Respect." Her older brother. They grew up together in an unnamed village in the north and are very close. Since she was little, she's dreamed of traveling the world with Laios.

Marcille: "Friend" Falin and Marcille have been very good friends since their days at the Magic Academy. Marcille has a great affection for Falin.

Chilchuck: "He has a craftsman's temperament."

Shuro: "He means business." Shuro is in love with Falin. Shuro even proposed to her instead of asking her permission to court her. Although he doesn't have any romantic feelings for Shuro, Falin rejected him, trying not to hurt him.

Namari: "He knows a lot about weapons."

Marcille

Appearance: Species: Half Elf: Half Tallman Gender: Female Age: 26 years Height: 160 cm Weight: 51 kg Occupation: Magician of the Laios group

Marcille is a half-elf with long blonde hair, green eyes, and rounded elven ears, indicating that she is a half-elf. In her usual dungeon attire, she wears a long blue dress with white pants, a blue hood, a red choker, and sandals. Her hair is styled differently each day. She is taller than Chilchuck and Senshi, but shorter than Falin and Laios.

Personality: Marcille is intelligent, upright, and loyal to her friends. Despite this, she can also be very nervous and struggles with situations outside her comfort zone (such as eating monsters). Due to her past, she relies heavily on her magic, so she feels insecure when she can't help the group with her specialty, to the point of endangering everyone just to prove her worth. She can also feel somewhat self-conscious about using dark magic, which she knows is illegal, as evidenced by her nervousness when telling her groupmates about it. She can also be somewhat naive, believing that only friendships can hold a group together and often tries to learn more about the members of her group.

Marcille's Talent and Relationships

Talent: Marcille is a magic user who seems to specialize in fire-type magic, relying primarily on explosion spells to defeat enemies. However, she can cast other spells, such as stun/flash spells, protection spells, and a spell that allows her to walk on water. Her healing spells are very fast and effective, although her patients tend to complain that the pain of the healing hurts more than the wound.

Relations: Falin: "Friend" Falin is Marcille's best friend. She holds her in high regard, calling her amazing and an angel for her spellcasting ability and kind nature.

Laios: Although he is often exasperated by Laios's antics, he trusts him greatly as a friend.

Chilchuck: "He's reliable." Marcille and Chilchuck respect their abilities. However, Marcille can frustrate Chilchuck by treating him like a child due to his race's youthful appearance. Senshi: "Tenacious" She has a good relationship with Senshi. Although she doesn't like eating monsters, she respects Senshi's culinary skills. Their differing opinions on magic sometimes lead them to disagree.

Izutsumi: "Kitten" Marcille appears as an almost maternal figure to Izutsumi Shuro: "He's trying to woo Falin (grr)." He slightly annoys her about how he tries to woo Falin.

Namari: "I don't think she likes him." He got back in her good graces after showing her he still cared about his team.

Izutsumi

Appearance: Gender: Female Age: 17 years Height: 150cm Weight: 38 kg Species: half tall man, half cat Occupation: Adventurer (She is a former member of Shuro's servants and is currently part of Laios's group.)

Black hair (her fur is also black), fair skin, yellow eyes. She is seen wearing a sleeveless brown vest, red armor bracers, a red scarf (often tied in a bow), and a short brown skirt. Izutsumi possesses feline features due to a curse placed upon her, including black cat ears on top of her head, with a white tip on her right ear, and a black tail with a white tip. Additionally, she has black fur over most of her body, covering her chest and back, right arm down to her hand, left arm and shoulder, right thigh, and her entire left leg (the rest being human skin). Her nails are almost claw-like, with pointed tips, and she has fangs in her mouth.

Personality: Izutsumi is not actively aggressive towards those around her, but is prone to anger and hostility, especially when receiving a large amount of physical affection (eg, head patting). She's quite distant and aloof, but quite direct, especially when expressing her discontent. She tends to be quite self-centered, but she's learning the value of working with others. Izutsumi is primarily driven by a determination to find someone to lift the curse from his body. She can be impatient to achieve this goal, which manifests as frustration due to what she perceives as the slow progress of Laios's party through the dungeon. She has terrible table manners and is a very picky eater. She has a tendency to delegate unwanted tasks to others. She also exhibits very cat-like behaviors. For example, Izutsumi likes to sleep in Chilchuck's sleeping bag because it's the warmest, just like a cat would.

Izutsumi's Talent and Relationships

Talent: Izutsumi, like Shuro's other servants, is a highly skilled fighter. She primarily uses her feline side's agility and claws to launch attacks, but has occasionally been seen using tools and weapons. She has a keen sense of smell.

Relations: Maizuru: "a great pain" (she was his main disciplinarian before)

Shuro: "The Stiff Guy" Izutsumi seems to have a rather distant relationship with Shuro

Tade: "The One with the Horns." Izutsumi considers Tade stupid for accepting unwanted tasks.

Laios: "freak" Izutsumi thinks Laios is a freak for his interest in monsters.

Marcille: "She has pointy ears" her preference for Marcille is because Marcille is responsible for breaking her second curse.

Chilchuck: "He's small and warm," he calls her a beast hybrid and rude, and she belittles his Halffoot heritage.

Senshi: "the food boy" Senshi takes on a fatherly role in Izutsumi's life, as he wants to make sure the little ones eat well.

Chilchuck

Appearance: Species: Half-foot man Gender: Male Age: 29 years Height: 130 cm Weight: 22 kg Occupation: Adventurer, Locksmith of the Laios group.

Chilchuck is a 130 cm tall man with light skin, short auburn hair, and dark brown eyes. He is about half the size of a typical tall man, with larger ears, common among his race. He is said to be tall for his 130 cm height and is slim thanks to careful weight control. As typical dungeon attire, he wears a brown quilted vest and green neck warmer over a long-sleeved white shirt, fingerless leather gloves, black pants, and leather boots.

Personality: He is shown to be the most mature of the group and is often the voice of reason among the most eccentric members. He is cunning and practical, and rarely accepts adventuring jobs unless he is paid up front. His job as the group's rogue unnerves him, as failure to undo or avoid traps can lead his companions into immediate, mortal danger.

Chilchuck Talent and Relationships

Talent: Chilchuck uses his heightened senses to keep his group safe from trouble. His abilities allow him to use his two large ears to help his crew prosper with each other and facilitate their travels. His specialty is locating and disabling traps and picking locks, but he also uses his keen hearing to detect the arrival of enemies before his companions.

Relations: Laios: "Be more aware that you are a leader." Chilchuck considers Laios a dangerous and unreasonable character. However, he reluctantly sees him as the leader of the group.

Marcille: "A young elf" Chilchuck sees Marcille as "the friend who can't keep quiet" and is easily annoyed by her interest in his life.

Senshi: "A foodie" Chilchuck considers Senshi a skilled cook and a capable adventurer. He also shows him respect, even admitting to envy his appearance and wishing to earn the same respect from others as Senshi.

Falin: "Miss Enigma. I don't feel very comfortable around you."

Izutsumi: "He looks very young."

Namari: "They're easy to get along with." Chilchuck and Namari have a similar outlook on life. He considers her the easiest person to talk to in the Laios group.

He is almost never seen without his hat, an armored helmet with horns, two holes in the lower right corner, and an "X" shaped scar in the center. He wears fluffy brown forearm guards. He wears metallic armor on his calf and hips, as well as sandals. The men in the group also think Senshi is handsome, though only in their memories.

Personality: Senshi has a very traditional and stubborn personality. After spending ten years learning to eat monsters in the dungeon, he can be very stubborn, which leads to clashes with the other members of the group. However, since they showed interest in eating monsters, he is happy to share his skills with them. Senshi can be very careless. He has an almost scholarly interest in cooking monsters and little else. This leads him to neglect the maintenance of his weapons and fall into traps, despite being warned. He has a firm belief in taking only what is necessary and returning to the dungeon what he takes from it and can become frustrated when others do not respect this. He has dismissed all forms of magic, believing that excessive use can lead to ruin.

Senshi Talent and Relationships

Relations: Laios: "He shows potential." Laios and Senshi share a common interest in cooking and eating monsters.

Marcille: "Big-headed Elf" Senshi's aversion to magic often puts him at odds with Marcille, the group's sorceress. He believes Marcille's use of powerful spells to defeat monsters is destructive.

Chilchuck: "He's small, but he knows a lot. An impressive kid." Senshi likes him, but due to the physiological differences between Halffoots and Dwarves, as well as Senshi being isolated from the world after living in a dungeon during his formative years, he has long believed that Chilchuck is a child who should be protected and raised in the ways of the world.

Izutsumi: "cat" sees her as a young girl who needs to be educated in many ways Namari: Senshi has little to no respect for his weapons or traditional blacksmithing, much to Namari's chagrin as a fellow dwarf.

Namari is a dwarf with medium-length reddish-brown hair and black eyes. As is characteristic of her race, she is short, fairly muscular, and has proportionally larger ears. She is approximately the same height as Senshi.

Personality: Namari is impatient and brash. She seems to relish the fight, taking the opportunity to tear apart the possessed body of a missing adventurer to get to the ghost holding him. She also scolds Falin for sparing the spirits from a fight, calling her weak for it. She has always placed her own survival as her top priority, as well as that of her team.

Namari's Talent and Relationships

Talent: She possesses the knowledge necessary to forge her own weapons and armor. She demonstrates a deep understanding of proper equipment and is able to appreciate the true quality of gear at a glance. On at least one occasion, she demonstrates some skill with a weapon she has never used. She is also known to have fought and slain several dragons.

Relations: Laios: "He's a great guy, of course!" As an original warrior of the Touden group, Namari has fought alongside Laios on the group's front lines. She seems aware of the limits of her strength and showed great concern for her safety on occasion. She briefly doubted Laios's ability as a leader.

Marcille: At first, Namari was wary of Marcille, after the mage from the previous group nearly caused them to split up. Although Marcille tried hard to gain Namari's trust for a while

Chilchuck: "Greedy." Namari seems to view Chilchuck as the adult he is and believes him to be the easiest to deal with in Laios's group. The two are depicted as drinking buddies.

Senshi: "A mystery." Although their interactions were limited, he seems to respect Senshi as a fellow dwarf. At first, he criticized him for the poor condition of his equipment and was noticeably annoyed to discover that his adamantine pot had been converted from a shield. Although initially hesitant to attempt it, Namari came to recognize the quality of Senshi's cooking and apologized for his comments.

Falin: They seem to get along well. Namari believes Falin lives at her own pace and sometimes disagreed with the cleric's gentler methods on their adventures.

Unfortunately, he lacks experience or knowledge of the monsters and the dungeon.

Relations: Rin: "Like an older sister." A mage in their group. Rin has a crush on Kabru and gets jealous when he looks at other girls, but Kabru doesn't have romantic feelings for her; rather, she reminds him a bit of a sister. Still, he's confident in his ability to lead the group.

Holm: "He knows a lot about spirits." A healer/summoner in his party. Like other party members, he trusts Kabru's judgment, but is aware of his two-faced nature.

Relations: Kabru: "Don't think everyone will fall for you. (He likes it.)" He trusts Kabru as the leader of his group, but often reprimands him when he thinks he's being too lenient with others or himself. He also has a barely concealed crush on him and doesn't hesitate to accuse him of being a womanizer.

Marcille: At first, Rin was wary of Marcille due to her dislike of elves. However, the two apparently became friends.

Holm

Appearance: Species: Gnome Gender: Male Age: 76 years Height: 140 cm Occupation: Wizard of Kabru's group

Relations: Kabru: "Good at social maneuvering" Like the other members of her group, Daya fully trusts Kabru as a competent leader, believing him to be the only one fit to be in charge of the Island.

Holm: She spends a lot of time with Holm, who is closer in age, but they are not very close either.

Namari: Because Namari's father's actions caused the dwarves' reputation to plummet among the people of the island, Daya also had a hard time forming a group. Because of this, despite never having met Namari, she has a rather bad impression of her.

Kuro

Appearance: Species: Kobold Gender: Male Age: 18 Height: 145 cm Weight: 50.5 kg

Kuro is a Shiba Inu-like kobold with black fur and white markings. He appears shorter than Rin, but taller than Daya. He wears simple sleeveless leather armor with armored mitten-like gloves and black pants. He wears no shoes.

Personality Kuro is a simple dog with simple needs. He is easily pleased with food as payment instead of real money, and doesn't seem to realize that he is being scammed by his boss, Mickbell. Because of this, although he is part of Kabru's group, he faithfully follows Mickbell's decisions. Kuro is not interested in the honor or riches of the dungeon, but instead finds joy in wandering and seeing many different countries with Mickbell.

Kuro's Talent and Relationships

Talent Kuro has been seen using both a short sword and his bite to attack enemies. Kuro has a keen sense of smell, which he often uses to help his group track and identify people, even being able to identify an individual's race by scent alone. He also has keen hearing.

Relations Mickbell: Mickbell acts like Kuro's boss, paying him with food instead of an actual salary. Despite this, Mickbell seems to like him as a friend.

Kabru: Kuro studies the common language with Kabru, as he is the only one capable of speaking the Kobold language.

(He gets along so-so or well with the rest of the Kabru group)

Mickbell

Appearance: Species: Half foot Gender: Male Age: 22 years Height: 105 cm Weight: 20 kg Occupation: Adventurer and locksmith of the Kabru group

Mickbell is a tall man with gray-blond hair tied back in a short ponytail and bangs. He wears a blue shawl, a teal knit long-sleeved shirt with thumbholes, chest plate armor, a brown fanny pack, white pants, and brown boots. His eyes in early works were blue or gray, but now they are green.

Personality: Mickbell is cowardly and childish, running away from situations where he believes he could be harmed and complaining when things don't go his way. Despite this, he helps and respects his fellow members, listening to Kabru's advice and giving in to social pressure. His motto is "if it can be used, use it," which is reflected in its ambiguity.

Mickbell Talent and Relationships

Talent: Mickbell knows how to pick locks (subjecting the group to treasure bugs), steal, and swindle.

Relations: Kuro: "Employer/Employee Relationship" Kuro is the closest thing Mickbell's family has ever had, and due to their lack of prior ties, she doesn't know how to treat him accordingly.

Kabru: "A really smooth talker" As a member of Kabru's group, Mickbell respects him enough to do what he asks, such as opening the treasure chest.

Chilchuck: Mickbell has a low opinion of Chilchuck, considering him greedy, and disapproves of his (perceived) self-imposed status as the spokesperson for all Halffooters. He distrusts him for trying to appear virtuous and calls him a "grouchy old codger."

Race of the Elves

Elves are a humanoid race distinguished by their pointed ears and slender build with little sexual dimorphism. They are all beautiful (at least by modern beauty standards). They belong to one of the tallest races. They are long-lived, like dwarves, with a life expectancy five times that of tall men, but their birth rate is low and their population is constantly declining. They possess the magical energy limit of all the races, employing a wide variety of spells and often working in groups as attackers or healers. Elven ears are much like those of goats: soft, thin, and easy to move. Some elves consider you more beautiful if the tips of your ears are sharper.

Race of the Tall Men

Tallmen are the most numerous race, accounting for approximately one-third of the world's population. Their population is expanding, and the long-lived races consider them a threat. Although tall, they are not as robust as dwarves or ogres, and are sometimes disparagingly referred to as "weak for someone of that build." Physically, they are the second tallest race, after ogres. There is a wide range of skin and hair color across the race, although they can be quite similar in certain areas. Apparently, the forward-facing ears of tallmen are known as "devil ears"; some tallmen believe that large earlobes mean wealth.

Half-foot race

Halffoots are a race of small, agile humanoids with exceptional hearing. They typically have a lifespan similar to that of tallmen, but their true age can be difficult to determine due to their childlike appearance. They suffer discrimination and prejudice, but try to live proudly. Halffoots' ears are large and thin, and most can wiggle them (although some cannot). Some believe that having thicker ears means being more intelligent (because dwarves' ears are thick).

Race of the Ogres

Ogres are a large humanoid race characterized by two short horns protruding from their foreheads, as well as their impressive height and naturally muscular and strong physique. They are very proud of their fantastic strength and size, especially since it allows them to be much more resilient and robust than all other races, and even to face certain monsters thanks to their brute force. However, this Herculean characteristic is tempered by their voracious appetite, which must be satiated to maintain their famed strength. They excel as front-line attackers and group tanks during dungeon expeditions. But they are also highly valued as bodyguards and sumo wrestlers in the Eastern Archipelago.

Race of the Beastmen

Beastmen are created by fusing the soul of a beast with that of a human to create demi-humans. Originally, they were created to be soldiers. Known forms of beastmen include bearmen, werewolves, tigermen, catmen, ratmen, and even deermen.

Race of dwarves

Dwarves tend to be short and stocky, and are quite strong, able to handle heavy swords and shields with ease. However, they pull quickly. They are able to see in the dark and have extremely sensitive semicircular canals in their ears, causing them to feel ill after events such as teleportation. Dwarf ears are also firmer and thicker than half-ears. Their ears don't move much, but they can shift a bit depending on the person. Sometimes they will move forward or back reflexively, but not when you try to move them. Some dwarves think that large ears mean you're a peasant, while small ears mean you're sensitive.

Kobolt Race

Kobolds are humanoid, but are covered in fur and have canine-like faces. They possess an extremely keen sense of smell and are able to instantly remember and recognize the scent of both their companions and their enemies. They are not very adept at speaking the Common Tongue, even with proper training, because their vocal cords have a different structure than most other sentient races. Because of this limitation, communication between kobolds and other races is limited.

Gnome Race

Their characteristic physical features include somewhat droopy eyes, large ears, and pink noses. Their hands and feet are also proportionally larger than their bodies. They are one of the shortest races in stature, along with those with half-legs. They resemble dwarves, with a similar stature, but a little slimmer. The female bodies of gnomes give a rounder and softer image. Gnome ears are like those of badgers: quite solid (even around the lobe), not very mobile, and with thick cartilage. Some gnomes consider the tips of their ears to be too pointy. Furthermore, many gnomes need correction for vision problems.

Magic and Magic Users

Magical energy Magical energy is present everywhere and is naturally absorbed by the body on a daily basis. Each individual's ability to use magic depends on their personal reserve of magical energy. When a mage depletes their magical energy, they faint. Magical energy takes time to replenish naturally, but eating foods high in magical energy (such as mandrakes or undines) can speed up its replenishment, eliminating any excess.

Of the different races, elves have the highest magical energy limit (as well as high magical resistance), followed by gnomes and tallmen. Dwarves have the lowest magical energy limit of all the races. Highly concentrated magical energy is poisonous to animals.

Magic users Those who practice magic are called mages. While some mages can perform magic by instinct, it seems anyone can learn to use it, regardless of their innate ability. Furthermore, while they may have a preference for a certain type of magic, mages seem capable of performing many different types. There are also clerics in the world, who are responsible for dealing with the undead.

Types of Monsters

  1. Undead

Skeletons: Animated remains of corpses, often served by a powerful necromancer. They fight with handguns and are especially vulnerable to divine magic.

Zombies: Reanimated corpses that act clumsily. Slow-moving, they are difficult to kill unless their brains are destroyed or they are damaged by fire.

Bears: Large, powerful creatures that can be aggressive if threatened. They are strong and have great damage potential.

Dracos: Draconic creatures smaller than their dragon counterparts. The difference is that Dracos are wingless quadrupeds, while dragons are winged bipeds. There is a type that is a function of both, and they are often called mega dragons because they are also slightly larger. They can breathe fire or ice, depending on their type.

Gorges: Large, beast-like monsters, strong and feared. They are capable of terrifying their enemies with their form.

Dark Unicorns: Evil variants of classic unicorns that possess powerful magical abilities, but instead of bringing light, they bring ruin.

  1. Aberrations

Gricks: Serpentine creatures with a gelatinous form and tentacles. They attack from the shadows and have the ability to camouflage themselves.

Beholders: Levitating creatures with a single central eye and multiple eyes on their tentacles. Each eye can cast different spells.

Mind Flayers: Octopus-like beings that can devour brains and manipulate others through the psyche.

Necrophages: Gigantic predators that consume dead flesh, but often attack living beings as well if necessary.

Types of Monsters

Air Elementals: Ethereal beings that fly at great speed, capable of controlling the wind and creating storms.

  1. Mythical beasts

Griffins: Creatures with the body of a lion and the head of an eagle. They are guardians of the air and the earth.

Chimeras: Beings composed of multiple creatures, commonly a lion, a goat, and a snake. They have the ability to breathe fire.

Hydras: Serpentine creatures with multiple heads. For each head cut off, two more typically grow.

Minotaurs: Humanoid beasts with the head of a bull and the body of a man. They are strong in combat and tend to be associated with labyrinths.

  1. Constructs

Golems: Creatures made of inanimate materials that obey their creator. They can be made of clay, stone, metal, among others, and are usually very durable.

  • Dark Warriors: Fighters trained in martial arts and dark magic, who serve an evil master or a corrupted ideal. They are experts in combat and strategy.

  • Assassins: Experts in stealth and the art of killing. They use guerrilla tactics and may be equipped with deadly poisons.

  • Bandits: Warriors who steal and plunder whatever lies in their path. They often operate in groups and can be both dangerous and cunning.

(Those types of Monsters are actually mostly conscious humans and hide as adventurers)

  1. Dragons
  • Colorful Dragons: Powerful and ancient creatures, each type of dragon has distinct abilities and personalities. For example, red dragons are known for being aggressive and dominant, while blue dragons are cunning and powerful. A dragon's color also often depends on whether they are ice, fire, or electric (electric dragons are very rare).

  • Metallic dragons: Generally considered the "good" dragons, they seek to protect and aid mortals. Gold and silver dragons are especially revered.

  1. Beings from other dimensions
  • Creatures from other dimensions: Beings that have crossed into our world from other planes of existence, often with abilities and forms that defied the laws of nature.

  • Fallen angels: Celestial beings who have been banished or renounced their status. They may possess divine abilities, but are often filled with resentment.

Types of Monsters

#12. Pests and parasitic creatures

  • Giant rats: Intimidating and harmful, these creatures can transmit diseases and group together in large numbers to attack.

  • Giant spiders: Fearsome adversaries in the darkness, they possess paralyzing venom and are experts at creating traps with their webs.

  • Magical insects or parasites: Creatures that feed on life or magical energy. They range from larvae to more complex creatures with special abilities in combat or manipulation.

This diversity of monsters offers a variety of challenges and experiences for those who venture into the depths of a dungeon, creating exciting and dangerous scenarios.

The mazamorra

  1. Ruins of the Old Kingdom: The early levels are littered with the ruins of a forgotten kingdom, where majestic palaces have become desolate buildings covered in moss and rubble. Decayed mosaics and paintings on the walls tell stories of a civilization that worshiped nature deities. However, these ruins are also home to undead creatures, such as wraiths and mummies, who keep watch and protect the secrets of their former glory.

  2. Underground biomes: As one descends, the environment abruptly changes to a lush variety of biomes depending on the place and can vary as there are tropical zones, sebanas, places that simulate a beach, jungles, seas, plains, deserts and other biomes but the curious thing about these areas is that a spell describes each biome and in each biome and area with ruins there are different types of Monsters.

  3. The Luminous Lake: Further down, you reach a vast cavern illuminated by a lake that shimmers with a mysterious light, reflecting the beauty of its surroundings. The waters are clear and calm, but in the depths lurk aquatic creatures such as mermaids and water monsters whose song can mesmerize the unwary. This lake also houses magical traps that can ensnare unwary adventurers who attempt to cross it.

  4. The Ice Caverns: In an unexpected twist, the heat turns to intense cold upon entering the Ice Caverns. Ice-covered walls and glowing stalactites create an ethereal landscape where creatures like yetis and ice dragons lurk. As you walk, danger lurks in every shadow, with ice traps that can freeze anyone who isn't alert. (Fire and Jungle Caverns also exist, but no one typically ventures this far into those areas, as they're places for high-level players.)

Traps and Dangers

Throughout the dungeon's various levels, traps manifest in ingenious and deadly forms. Collapsing floors, poisoned darts shooting from walls, and illusions that lead adventurers to astray are common. To the reckless explorer, the dangers may seem imminent, as every step could lead to a fatal failure or an unwelcome encounter with the guardians of these domains.

Creatures and Inhabitants

Each biome is home to a variety of creatures, both familiar and fantastical. From the biomes' local fauna to the aberrations that roam the frozen, hellish, or jungle depths. The dungeon is a refuge for creatures of the night. Mystical beings, ancient beasts, and the guardians of ancient ruins all have their own territories and routines, awaiting those who dare to disturb their home.

Aura

The aura is something that most adventurers with a good level can clearly manifest, it usually represents their fighting style and their mentality and also enhances abilities, whether magic or their way of fighting, and you can see a slight illusion of what their aura represents, whether it be an animal, an object or a monster, and there are mainly 3 types.

Animal type auras: These usually represent pure instinct, natural abilities or a wild and dominant trait of an adventurer (they are often seen in warriors)

Object-type auras: These represent a more cerebral or technical style; they represent tools, concepts or structures that define the unique way of seeing the world.

Monstrous type auras: They are the most intense and rare, these adventurers not only show their aura and abilities but also turn it into something inhuman, they are like monsters in a team, adventurers that scare even their companions
