-With Phil (his employer and the one who makes him travel between dimensions) it's a pretty common relationship between boss and employee, nothing special.

-with Larry,Rippen is often annoyed with Larry's cheerfulness and bubbly personality. Rippen dislikes listening to Larry's ramblings and has a lot of impatience with Larry's mistakes. But still, Rippen considers him a friend (his only friend) and considers him his best henchman.

-With his parents, the relationship is difficult, they despise Rippen, but Rippen wants them to love him and recognize his achievements.

Rippen and his assistant Larry travel between several dimensions with the purpose of winning as villains. Rippen is an Alternate Reality Leader, meaning he takes on the role of leader. When he's being a villain, he really enjoys being a son of a bitch, but in his more civil and everyday phase, he only settles for failing his students left and right (even if they don't deserve it) Although if one of his students makes a remarkable piece, he tends to behave in a mean, envious and very cruel manner.

He also clearly shows symptoms of daddy issues and mommy issues,after that his parents took favor in his sister Vlurgen over Rippen, as according to him, she was given things like a car, a different magical scepter for every day of the week, and competent henchmen. Rippen is tall and muscular with pale green skin. He has a spiky black hair with several greenish-gray streaks, along with a goatee, and he has red eyes and yellow sclera and pointed ears. He wears a dark purple business suit with light gray sleeve ends and collar, a red tie, dark green pants with a black belt, and black shoes. When he's being an art teacher, he wears a gold-colored apron with paint smears and small pockets to hold art supplies, such as scissors, color pencils, and paint brushes. and also has a retractable tail with a sharp tip that is usually kept hidden
