Fukuzawa created ADA when he was 32 for Ranpo, and because of it, he is director of ADA. He is also a good leader. He has never been seen smiling, but it is implied that he is sensitive to cute things. When Kyouka Izumi made a cute face, he instantly hired her to join his agency. This is also shown in his love for cats (he even carries cat treats inside the sleeves of his yukata).
