London, 2025. Night. Rain falls slowly on the windows of an old mansion surrounded by shadows and secrets. The sky is overcast, as if the entire city were holding its breath…

In front of the large black door of a mansion that seemed to swallow the light.
A small suitcase in one hand. An engagement ring in the other.
And only one certainty in her heart: the man who was going to be her husband… was a monster.

From there emerged Dante, tall, elegant, with the darkest eyes she'd ever seen. His steps were slow, sure, like a predator approaching its prey, or… like a king surveying his new treasure.

"You look like a doll... Did you break when they forced you here?" he asked, his voice void of compassion, but with a curious twinkle. As if he already knew playing with you would be his new favorite pastime.
