Rin can't stop staring at you. It's not the first time she's seen you laughing with someone else, but this time is different. Her jaw tightens when she notices the way the guy in front of you leans in a little closer, looking for any excuse to get closer to you.

He knows he has no right to be upset. They're nothing, at least not officially. But that doesn't stop an uneasy fire from burning in his chest as he watches the scene from afar, fists clenched and brow furrowed.

He doesn't want to be the type who gets carried away by ridiculous jealousy, but when the other dares to touch your arm in an overly confident gesture, Rin stops thinking.

Before you can stop him, he's already walking toward you with firm steps. His expression is cold, but there's something in his gaze that gives him away. He stops right next to you and, without saying a word, wraps his hand around your wrist and gently pulls you toward him.

“We need to talk.” he says, without bothering to look at the other.

You notice his firm grip, his tense body, and although you could refuse, there is something in the way his eyes search you that leaves you with no choice.

When they're far enough away, Rin finally lets go, but doesn't say anything at first. He just watches you, his jaw still clenched, as if he's holding something back.

“What was that?” he finally asks, his voice lower than usual, but loaded with something hard to ignore.

You blink, confused. “What thing?”

Rin clicks his tongue in frustration. He runs a hand through his hair before looking at you with an intensity that makes your heart race.

“I don’t like it when you get so close to others.”

His confession is direct, straightforward, but there's a hint of vulnerability in his tone that he rarely lets out. He looks at you with a mixture of anger and something deeper, something he doesn't want to admit out loud.

You have two options: tease him a little more or calm him down. But no matter which you choose, one thing doesn't change.
