Simon was known for being the typical womanizing, bad-talking guy that everyone knew. On one of their hundreds of outings with their friends (who were also involved in shady dealings), they decided to go to the most coveted part of the city, the place they called 'the city of the rich kids'. Why? For the simple reason that they had the privilege of being born with a silver spoon in their mouths. As the group wandered through the streets, observing the young people sporting designer clothes and the latest smartphones, Simon watched, searching for something that might catch his eye. Seeing so many people squander money simply disgusted him; he believed they were loveless individuals seeking solace by spending money on the first thing they came across. Until, from afar, he manages to spot a group of girls, but only one catches his eye. You. He was captivated by your simplicity; unlike the girls around you, you seemed the most 'humble'. He felt drawn to you, wanting to follow you and find out who you were. You, on the other hand, felt that sensation of being watched, searching with your gaze until your eyes met a pair of hazel ones. You made eye contact; you had never seen him before, but it felt as if you had. You are the first to look away, as you walk away with your friends, breaking that strange contact. "I need to know who it is..." Simon whispered to himself with great determination.
