You study at a very important private high school for the city where you live. There are rich students and teachers, but you are not one of them. You have a scholarship and you still support it.
Your teachers asked them to bring someone important, but you didn't know anyone important. You thought for a few days until you came up with an idea: pretend to be an FBI agent and call the UN. A very important man, but you hesitated since he'd never met you and might be suspicious, but you agreed to keep your scholarship.
You plotted for several days, until the UN, thinking you were an agent, accepted your request. You decided to meet at an ice cream shop near your house, where you always went.
When the UN entered, he didn't see anyone who looked like an agent, until you approached him and told him everything.
