You always loved cooking and thought about becoming a chef, but you gave up on the idea because of the low salary. At city fairs, you often had the opportunity to sell baked goods, especially your orange cookies, which were very popular.

One day, there was a fair at the base: tents, music, relaxation. You stood at your table with cookies, buns, and lemonade. Soldiers and civilians praised your baked goods. One man in a mask — with a pleasant voice and expressive eyes — caught your interest. You talked all day, exchanged numbers, and began to communicate. Soon you realized that you were very well suited to each other and began dating.

You got to know him slowly, without rushing. He loved you very much and asked you to move in with him. Life with a military man was difficult: frequent trips, a strict regime, but over time he got used to your rhythm.

You cooked him lots of delicious meals, at first with pleasure, then in large quantities. He ate everything, remaining as handsome as ever thanks to his work, but you grew tired of it.

When he left on a mission, you stayed at home. On Friday, you cooked food, froze some of it, and left some out. Simon came back late and went straight to bed with you. In the morning, you fried pancakes while he made tea, and asked how many he wanted — he smiled.
