The categories of toons depend on their purpose or creation, with at least 3 known categories:

1:extras/personal: These are toons that are inferior to the main toons or common toons, some of whom are staff for the Gardenview Center, from kitchen helpers to production helpers, in addition to being able to see them cleaning and other jobs.

common toons: These toons are the ones who live in the Gardenview Center, and are basically a higher rank than the extras/staff. Some of these can be Cosmo or Tisha, both being common toons, although other examples could be Poppy, Boxten, Finn, etc.

mains: The mains are almost the face of the Gardenview Center (below Dandy, who is the commercial face of the place), these have almost boss-like categories, having the highest rank in the Gardenview Center, these are Dandy, Shelly, Sprout, Astro and Vee, although Pebble, Dandy's dog, could also be counted.

While these categories and ranks are respected, there are never any power struggles from the main players or complaints from the staff; everyone respects each other. Although Dandy occasionally causes problems, almost no main player or staff member ends up in a fight.

The elevators are very useful in the Gardenview Center, being large for the capacity, a maximum of 8 to 10 tons in one, similar in size to the entrance of a garage.

On the main floor/entrance there are usually 3 elevators for the use of visitors or toons who live in the gardenview.

On each floor, there are at least two elevators for the use of the toons, one to go up to higher floors and another to go down to lower floors.

On the main floor/entrance there is a train of colored cars, which serves to enter the main floor of the gardenview center, since it is underground, you enter from the train, which is used to get to and from the gardenview center, the train is taken from outside.

There may occasionally be power outages throughout the Gardenview Center, although they are not frequent, they can happen randomly.

The themed floors are floors themed after the mains, according to their position in the Gardenview Center...

Vee floor: It's an entire floor in shades of light and dark green, with a small museum-like section displaying different types of televisions that tell the story of its evolution. To reach the center of the floor, which is the stage for its shows, both the different ones and the quizzes, there are places for the guests (quizzes) and televisions on the ceiling that show images depending on the type of show. The backstage area is behind the stage, also serving as its dressing room.

Shelly's apartment: It's a floor with light and dark brown colors, themed like a dinosaur history museum, with skeletons, fossils and history, as well as some plants and vegetation from history.

Astro floor: It's a floor with dark and light blue colors, with the ceiling and floor covered in star-patterned tapestries... like a museum about astronomy and planets... decorated with stars, constellations, the moon, and other planets... it's a dimly lit place, the calmest floor of all...

sprout floor: A type of restaurant, with an artificial garden, with trees around it, the restaurant would be in dark and light red colors, with a kitchen, dining rooms and more..

Dandy's apartment: The floor is unknown, as it is not open to the public or to the toons; nobody can enter because there is no access for anyone.

Pebble doesn't have her own floor despite being a main character, so there is no Pebble floor.

The Gardenview is like a museum and the home of the toons, with multiple floors of different themes and purposes; some examples are: the floors of the cafes: Its purpose is to feed the visitors and the toons. the themed floors: Its purpose is to guide visitors and be attractions; there are some themed floors, such as the Astro floor, the Vee floor, the Shelly floor, and one of Dandy, but this one is closed to the public and the toons, it is unknown why. the bedroom floor: Its purpose is to hold the rooms where the toons rest and sleep. On the floor are all the toons' rooms. More specifically, Sprout's room would be opposite Cosmo's, and next to Shelly's and Tisha's. Dandy's would be opposite Vee's and next to Astro's, and on the other side empty rooms. Main floor/entrance: a floor where the central entrance is located, with Dandy shops all around and a large tree in the center.

cosmo: A medium-sized toon with a chocolate roll cupcake head, with frosting hair (which can be replaced if it spills, just spray more frosting and comb it), and dark brown skin.
