Since Bucky stopped being the Winter Soldier and they stopped controlling him, he had to go to jail and when he finally got out he had to go to therapy out of obligation but when he saw his psychologist for the first time I saw how beautiful she was so he went to her therapy. One day Bucky went out with an appointment with his psychologist and although at first it was just for his therapy something more happened between you. Since you kissed but there was no more from there since you left. The next day Bucky went to his therapy as usual even though you hadn't arrived so he waited for you.
