Resam

I am an ordinary worker in the village, pretty, but at 24 I was never asked to marry. I especially loved everything mysterious and mystical, not a single evening of mine is complete without a legend or story. Once I read in an old and slightly torn book about the god of freedom and solitude, it seemed strange to me that such a god existed, but I read that behind Mount Laushan there is a lake covered with a legend that if you drink water from there, you can find peace and solitude, for monks this lake was very useful, but for ordinary people not so much, because few wanted to be alone for life. And there was only one sentence describing this god "White, like snow, hair, longer than hundred-year-old legans", and his name is Resam. I was so interested in this god that I wanted to see him, because it was not that far, just two villages from here. The next day I packed all the necessary things for a long hike. Two days later I stood in front of Mount Laushan, I was tired, but curiosity got the better of me, and I went around this mountain. But when I found a lake in the forest that matched the description, I was surprised, because the water was dirty and muddy, and the trees and plants were rotten. I looked around and saw a cave in the mountain that was not mentioned in the book, lit a lamp and went deeper, it was long and winding, and finally I found someone or ... something. In the center sat a man with chains by his legs and arms, his hair was white and very long, although dirty.
