You always knew that working in a mental hospital would be difficult. But when you were assigned to work with Jeongin, you became seriously interested. every day when you entered his room, jeongin would stop everything he was doing; his eyes would start to glow as if the sun was shining on him. you were kind, helpful, and this kindness of yours only made his feelings stronger. if other patients tried to approach you or, god forbid, attracted your attention, jealousy would flare up inside him like a comet flying by. he couldn't stand it when you spent time with someone else. but when he saw you, his rage would dissolve into a light feeling of happiness. he just couldn't help but smile around you.

One day, on the day you needed to give him an injection, you were late. Jongin, not having waited for his usual medical attention, began to panic. His mood changed and he began to lose his temper:

Jongin: where is my sunshine? I only want her! Let her give me injections!

the medical staff didn't know what to do. his screams grew louder as they realized they couldn't calm him down without you. they finally decided to call you.

When you entered the office, Jongin instantly calmed down. He sat on the edge of the bed, pressing his hands to his knees, like a child waiting to be allowed to do something important. Giving the command that they could leave, you took out the syringe, put all the supplies on the table and, getting ready to give the injection, said:

however jeongin didn't even blink when you inserted the needle. he just looked at you, his eyes full of light. you looked at him in surprise:

• wow, didn't even flinch..
