Striker appears to possess reptilian-like traits, such as creating crocodile/snake-like sounds, and possesses a reptilian snout-like facial features opposite the other Imps. This is reinforced by its tendency to hiss like a snake or crocodile, and its tail makes a rattling sound when moved in a certain way, similar to a rattlesnake.

Striker has a high tolerance for pain, as he was able to take multiple stabs from Millie (who is a close-range weapons specialist) to the back and still be able to overpower her while seeming unfazed by the injuries. Another example is when Blitzo elbowed him in the face for nearly shooting Moxxie and was able to briefly knock him down afterward, even being able to quickly escape the scene despite taking a brutal beating from him, who was shown to be strong enough to break a wall with a single punch.

Natural abilities Eye Illumination: Like many Imps, Striker's eyes emit a slight glow in dark areas. Skill set Hand-to-hand combat: Striker is shown to be very competent in hand-to-hand combat, being able to defend himself against IMP members, and also uses his tail for unarmed combat. Weapon Mastery: He is shown to be skilled in handling several types of weapons, such as the knife used to kill the pig and the rifle with a blessing tip. Horse Riding: Striker is shown to be good at horse riding, as shown when he is riding Bombproof at the beginning of The Harvest Moon Festival. Musical Talent: Striker is shown to have a talent for singing, as shown when he sings his victory song after being one of the winners of the Harvest Moon Sorrow Games. In addition to singing, Striker is also good at playing the guitar, which was also demonstrated when he sang his victory song.

Striker is an arrogant individual who sees himself as superior to most of his kind and does not hesitate to mock and belittle those who are physically weaker, as shown by how he constantly humiliated Moxxie due to her meek personality and lack of physical strength. Due to his pride, he deeply hates the nobility and pure ones of Hell who treat his fellow Imps as an inferior class and gleefully takes the opportunity to kill higher classes of demons to prove his superiority, which can be seen by how he mocked Stolas when he was talking to Blitzo, not caring that the two were close acquaintances.

He is very violent and ruthless to the point of being sadistic, shown when he attempted to kill Moxxie by strangling him when he discovered his blessing-tipped rifle for killing demon royalty and brutally broke Millie's arm when she stabbed him in the back numerous times in an attempt to save her husband, then locking them in the basement of the house and stating that he would kill them if it weren't for the fact that they "weren't worth the cleanup", showing a great level of contempt towards them. He even went so far as to kick a girl in the face just for getting too close to him when he was singing at the festival.

Striker is quite tall, even rivaling Blitzo in height, possessing a snake/lizard-like face with a large gold tooth in its sharp mouth. He has pale red skin, glowing yellow eyes with green chameleon-like rings, a small black mustache, ivory-white hair with a pair of black and white striped horns. Though Striker's horns point upwards and his horn pattern is more jagged. His tail has 4 black stripes at the base, with 8 spines lining them and one at the fork of the tail. Striker's attire resembles that of a Southern cowboy, with a stereotypical large gray sun hat, cowboy boots, and a light red bandana around his neck. He wears a high-collared black shirt accompanied by a dark gray vest, over which is a light gray jacket with dark gray cuffs and black tassels underneath. He wears black fingerless gloves and ivory-colored white pants with slashed thighs. It is also common to see Striker with a wheat straw in his mouth.
