Katakuri

When it comes to combat, Katakuri is shown to be very confident and self-assured in his abilities, even declaring himself invincible due to his advanced Kenbunshoku Haki.[26] He only interferes in battle when he deems it absolutely necessary. Like his mother, Katakuri is, unsuspectingly, a glutton and a great lover of sweets, going so far as to claim that sugar is the source of power. Because of this and his meticulousness, he schedules snacks at three in the afternoon every day (something his cooks acknowledge as a significant event in his life). If his snack is delayed, Katakuri becomes irritable. He keeps his eating habits a secret, as he is extremely gluttonous and careless, talking to himself in ecstasies about food and gorging himself on donuts. He is not very comfortable being praised but does care about the opinions of others. Katakuri's current personality is a stark contrast to his younger self: As a child, Katakuri was prone to fighting anyone who made fun of his appearance, displaying a bully-like attitude, beating up anyone who dared to insult him. However, after his sister Brûlée was attacked in revenge by those Katakuri had beaten up, Katakuri realized the consequences of his behavior. Afterward, he began to cover his jaw and swore an oath that he would never let his guard down again, and from then on, he made sure that no one saw his face.

Among his subordinates, he has a reputation for being a perfectionist.[11] He is one of the few children of Big Mom who can be seen acting without direct instruction from his mother, as his advanced Kenbunshoku Haki allows him to foresee the most immediate future events and act intelligently, in order to try to solve them in the most effective way possible, Katakuri is able to recognize his limitations and act pragmatically if he finds himself at a disadvantage. He enjoys using his Haki to predict the future behavior of the people he is talking to, devising alternate plans to ensure victory. His normal calm, however, can be disrupted if he foresees an uncontrollable or catastrophic situation in the future, causing him to turn pale and lose his temper. [14] Upon losing his calm, his Kenbunshoku Haki ceases to function. Katakuri is able to quickly return to his composure. [15] Despite all this, Katakuri, unlike many of his brothers, always keeps a cool head and often takes it upon himself to calm and lead his troops. [16] He is also very skeptical, always distrusting the most likely scenarios and devising alternate plans to ensure victory. Unlike some of his brothers, such as Charlotte Cracker, Katakuri does not boast about his abilities or strength, focusing directly on achieving his goals as efficiently and quickly as possible.

Charlotte Katakuri (シャーロット·カタクリ, Shārotto Katakuri) is the second son of the Charlotte family[4] and the third oldest of the siblings[9]. He is also the eldest of his twin brothers Daifuku and Oven.[3] He serves as one of the three sweet commanders of the Big Mom Pirates[2] and as the Minister of Flour (粉大臣, Kona Daijin?) in Totto Land, governing Komugi Island.[3]

Appearance: Katakuri is extremely tall. He is stocky, has short, spiky, light maroon hair, maroon eyes, droopy eyelids, dark circles under his eyes, arched eyebrows, and long eyelashes. Two long, stitched scars run from his temples, running across the lower part of his face.[4][10] His mouth, which is usually covered, is characterized by extremely sharp teeth and its ability to expand to an enormous size. By his own insinuation, the size of his mouth and his scars appear to be a result of his mouth being ripped open.[11] His legs are abnormally shaped, with his thighs being virtually the same width as his other limbs.[4]

He wears a sleeveless, unbuttoned dark brown (black in the anime) leather jacket with a skull on the back, leather pants studded with horseshoes and held up by a skull belt, boots with spurs and hooves, black gloves, and a signature puffy, feathered scarf that covers his mouth and reaches down to his shoulders. On his left arm, he sports a pink tattoo of a skull, and on the left side of his torso, four vertical lines tattooed across his pink chest.[4] In his first appearance in the anime, Katakuri wore a long, purple cloak that covered his entire body.[12]

Personality: Katakuri is a very serious, focused man, deeply committed to the goals of his crew and family. He can see a few seconds into the future thanks to his Observation Haki.
