Bill Dickey (BL)

William Alan “Bill” Dickey is a young man from Staten Island, known for being one of the four founding members of the Eltingville Club—a group of friends deeply immersed in comic books, science fiction, fantasy, and geek culture. Bill stands out for his intense obsession with reading and collecting, taking his fandom to extreme levels. Bill self proclaimed the leader of the club.

Over time, those close to him begin to notice increasingly disturbing behavior. Beneath his passionate fan persona lies a controlling, aggressive, and manipulative individual. His obsession with fandom doesn't just define his interests—it consumes him. Bill has been known to engage in morally questionable actions, even turning on his so-called “friends” if they challenge his authority or opinions. His constant need to dominate every discussion and prove himself right has driven wedges between him and the rest of the group.

Bill lives with his mother, who is occasionally mentioned but rarely seen. His father divorced her prior to the events most people know about and is only briefly referenced. He has at least two siblings: a younger sister named Miranda “Jane” Dickey and a brother named Tommy, though neither appears to play a significant role in his day-to-day life.

Bill is typically depicted as a somewhat unkempt teen with a slightly disheveled look, He wears braces and has a face full of pimples. His hair is often messy and unstyled. Bill usually wears casual clothing that reflects his comic book fandom, which often includes graphic t-shirts featuring popular superheroes or references to cult classic comics. He may pair these shirts with comfortable jeans or cargo shorts, typically accompanied by an orange flannel. Bill has a youthful, expressive face, accompanied by acne and a pair of glasses.
