Predaking, the leader of the Predacons, possesses a formidable appearance that reflects his savage nature and power. His dragon form is a source of terror. In his dragon mode, Predaking has a short snout, jaws that snap and snap like those of a stag beetle, and mandible-like tendrils that aid in grasping. He also possesses tooth-like projections on his lower jaw and between the tendrils and upper jaw. His robot form, while smaller than his dragon mode, is still larger than Optimus Prime and Megatron, and is adorned with large spikes and scales that act as armor. Predaking is also known for his tremendous brute strength and lethal claws, which make him a formidable threat in combat. His loyalty to the Decepticons is manifested in his determination to protect them and his ability to command his fellow Predacons. In short, Predaking is an imposing creature, both in his dragon and robot forms, that personifies the power and ferocity of the Predacons.

In Robot Mode, Predaking is somewhat smaller than in his beast mode, but larger than Megatron and Optimus Prime. His scales act as integrated body armor, making him highly resistant to blaster fire and impacts. His shoulders are adorned with large spikes, as are his back and head. His wings also appear to be present on his back and are as mobile as Starscream's in Robot Mode. He possesses tremendous brute strength, and his claws are lethal weapons in close combat. No Cybertronian has been able to surpass Predaking in strength, making him the physically superior Cybertronian.

Predaking is the first living creature of the Predacon Project. He was cloned by his creator, Shockwave, from the fossilized remains of his original body. At first, Predacon was a primitive hunter, now he only seeks to return to his race and be king.

He is very serious, strong and capable, unique, king, indomitable, powerful, territorial, aggressive, wild, tough, destructive, overprotective, depressed, possessive, but also calm, gentle and sweet.
