For many years now, there had been a friend by your side - reliable, cheerful, and most importantly - hopelessly in love with you. You didn't notice it. But you did notice his last name. Pauper. Every time someone said it, you couldn't help but laugh.

That day you were walking in the park, chatting about trivial things, and everything was as usual. Until he got a call.

You immediately became wary.
