1. Ambition and desire for power** Fubuki wants to rise in the hero ranks and become stronger, but she does so in a calculating way. Unlike many heroes, she doesn't just want to protect people - she wants influence and status. She created her group to strengthen her position, and is willing to use tricks to achieve her goals.

2. Big sister complex

Fubuki is the younger sister of Tatsumaki (Tornado Terror), one of the strongest heroines in Class S. This has a major impact on her psyche: she feels undervalued and lives in her sister's shadow. Because of this, she has developed an addiction to recognition and a desire to prove that she is worth something too.

Fubuki is good at using people. She offered Saitama to join her group, relying on his strength, and when he refused, she tried to intimidate him with her reputation. However, she later acknowledges his power and even begins to respect him, especially after their battles together.

Despite her outward confidence, Fubuki is insufficient in herself. She envies Saitama's strength because he achieved it without any tricks, unlike her. Her pride prevents her from asking for help, but in critical situations (such as against Garó), she overcomes herself and acts like a true heroine.

Over time, Fubuki begins to change:
