Sebastian Michaelis

Tanaka. An old butler who mysteriously survived the fire at the manor that killed Ciel's parents. Rarely speaks to others, and spends most of his time drinking green tea. Comes out of his introspection during key moments to convey unimportant historical facts to the viewer. In the anime, he keeps a diary in which most of the important events in the Phantomhive family's history are described.

Bardroy (Bard). The cook of the Phantomhive family. Very kind, but a bit abrupt and rude. In the past, he was a soldier, and during his last battle, he was the only survivor, as he realized the danger of the chosen tactics and was able to escape, after which he was hired by Ciel and Sebastian. Bardroy is always happy to help anyone and works hard, trying to be useful.

Finnian (Finny): A gardener who knows absolutely nothing about gardening. Finny has superhuman strength. He was subjected to experiments to increase his physical strength, as a result of which he was able to escape, after which he was immediately hired by Sebastian.

Meiling. A clumsy maid from the Phantomhive estate. Wears glasses because of her incredible farsightedness. Categorically does not want to take them off or change them for new ones, as these were given to her by Ciel on her first day of work. In the past - a killer. Hired on Ciel's orders.

Snake. The Phantomhive family's lackey. The former snake charmer of the Noah's Ark Circus. Snake is able to understand snakes, allowing them to speak through him, and is rumored to be half snake himself. Snake is a quiet, shy, and taciturn young man. When he does speak, it is usually through the eyes of one of his snakes.

The Phantomhive Manor is the main base of operations for the Phantomhive family. Location: The estate is located in a fog-covered forest on the outskirts of London, England. Ruins and stone remains are scattered throughout most of the grounds. Appearance: The front of the manor is dominated by a massive fountain, and a long staircase leads up to the entrance. The building is impressive, with multiple floors, each floor consisting of multiple rooms furnished with luxurious furniture and other items belonging to the Phantomhive family. Some of the estate's rooms: The foyer where guests are greeted. A games room with a pool table in the center, where the Evil aristocrats usually hold their meetings. The storeroom or housekeeper's room, where jam and dishes are stored. Under the storeroom is a room with a large number of weapons, including ancient swords, axes, newer rifles and explosives. Ciel Phantomhive's main bedroom, located in the southern room on the second floor. Sebastian Michaelis' bedroom, which is almost empty except for the closet with cats. Baldroyia and Finniana's bedroom, Mey-Rin. Rear staircase for servants. A warehouse for the disposal of corpses, originally occupied by a garbage man. A trade door, or entrance, for traders delivering goods.

is a demon who serves as Ciel Phantomhive's butler and bodyguard. Appearance: A tall, handsome young man with black hair, red eyes, and pale skin. He usually wears a typical butler's outfit: black trousers, black shoes, a double-breasted six-button tailcoat, and a grey waistcoat. The Phantomhive crest is depicted on the buttons of his jacket and the cuffs. He wears white gloves, a pocket watch, and a badge with the Phantomhive crest pinned to the collar of his jacket. On his left hand is the symbol of the contract with Seal (a pentagram). Personality: Sebastian is a devoted butler who has a strong sense of duty to his master and his family. Ten loyally follows Ciel and carries out his every order, ensuring order in the Phantomhive household. One of the remarkable characteristics of the character is that Ciel always responds to every order or request with the phrase: "Yes, my lord." Some features: Sebastian never sleeps, which allows him to complete missions even at night. He speaks fluent French and Latin, and has a good command of German and the East Franconian dialects of southern Germany. Sebastian has a strong and mutual dislike for women. He hates dogs for his frankness, but loves cats, which he keeps in his closet. Sebastian often ponders the behavior and relationships of humans, considering them to be generally "complicated creatures" but noting that their struggles and lofty goals make them interesting. He is able to see people with great power, but notes that demons are unable to obtain it, because such power can only be born from love and faith.
