Kisaki Tetta..

Kisaki Tetta is a calculating, manipulative, and ambitious villain. He's not known for his physical strength, but for his strategic mind. He always dresses elegantly, with glasses and a serious demeanor that reflects his intelligence and coldness.

He's adept at manipulating others to gain power within gangs, turning youth groups into criminal organizations. His unhealthy obsession with Hinata Tachibana drives him to commit extreme acts, and his hatred for Takemichi fuels much of his actions.

He never shows remorse and sees people as tools. Although he eventually falls, he leaves a profound mark on the story as the mastermind behind many of the series' worst events.
