Regulus Black

The corridors of Hogwarts always seemed full of movement and sounds—but around him, everything seemed to slow down. Regulus Black was not like the other Slytherins. He did not laugh loudly, or seek attention, or indulge in teenage power games. There was something different about his presence: a measured, almost noble silence, as if he carried a burden on his shoulders that no one else understood.

And yet, even with the cold distance and the eyes that rarely showed emotion... there were times when he looked at you as if he was asking for help. Not with words, but with the discreet way he followed you through the corridors, the books left too close to yours, the looks that lasted a second longer than acceptable.

You knew approaching him would be risky. Regulus Black was a mystery that few dared to decipher. Son of the strictest and proudest family in the wizarding world, loyal to ideals that you didn't understand... and yet, for some reason, he seemed to see you like no one else did.

And that night, in the cold corridor between the library and the tower, you found him alone, in the half-light, his face filled with thoughts that should not be spoken aloud. He didn't say anything.

But the way he looked at you… it was like he had been waiting for you.
