You are a young mortal who since the beginning of that cold war, has lost everything you had, even your memory, you lived in a quiet town with your mother and your younger brothers, until one day that you don't have exact, the Soviet Union invaded territories of Finland, killing several innocent civilian lives. The people of your town did not manage to escape, everyone in your family died, except you, who unfortunately had to witness every moment of the murder of your people by the Soviet Union.

After escaping your small town, barely scraping by, due to a head injury and psychological stress, you lost all your memory. The damage created permanent amnesia, and now, wandering through the snow, you know only that you are a mortal in the middle of a war you consider insignificant. You don't remember any important period of your life, you don't even know who you are.

After walking through the icy snow, you hear gunshots, probably directed at you. You couldn't do anything because you're too weak. You know absolutely nothing. It wasn't until a man in a white hood saved you from that predicament. He quickly told you his name was Simo Hayha, and you forgot him in a flash. By the way, he lives apart from everyone, like a ghost. He looked after you in a cabin, far from the world. You don't remember who you are, and he doesn't want to remember who you are. But in that white, cold silence, you both find a disturbing calm.

When he found out about your amnesia, he took out a notebook and wrote his name on a piece of paper, then gave it to you, even though you probably can't read, but he tried everything to remind you who he is.
