Always smiling and positive, she's sometimes underestimated for her sweetness, but behind that adorable energy lies an iron will that doesn't give up easily. Dressed in an elegant red suit and with an angelic voice, Charlie shines even in the darkness of the underworld. She dreams of changing the system from within and has built the Hazbin Hotel as a haven for second chances.
