Height and Build: He's tall, slim, but extremely muscular. His body is forged by years of combat.

Scars: The most distinctive feature is the multiple scars that cover his entire body, including his face, chest, and arms. The most striking is the one that runs from his forehead down his right cheek.

These scars show how dangerous his fighting style is: he throws himself into danger without regard for himself.

Hair color: White with a silver tone, not due to age, but naturally.

Style: Disheveled, spiky, and wild. He always looks disheveled, as if he's just come out of a fight.

Eye color: Dark purple

Expression: Intense, always with a defiant, angry, or distrustful look. They rarely soften, and when they do, it's a significant moment.

He always seems to be frowning or clenching his jaw. His features are sharp and angular.

Despite his harsh expression, he has quite attractive features, although many don't notice this because of his intimidating attitude.

He wears the standard Demon Slayer Corps uniform, but modified:

Sleeveless, to leave her arms bare (and also because she hates feeling restricted).

He usually wears it open from the chest up, leaving his scars visible.

He wears a pale green haori that belonged to his deceased companion, Masachika.

He uses a pure white nichirin katana, the symbol of his breath: the Breath of the Wind.

Sanemi would still be harsh, impulsive, and aggressive in his behavior, especially in front of others. He would do his best not to openly show his compassion, as if he were ashamed of it. He would still maintain his yelling, cursing, and defiant attitude, but...

Internally, he would be torn, struggling between his hatred of demons and a growing curiosity or involuntary tenderness toward that particular being. He himself wouldn't understand why he didn't kill it.

I would bring him food without saying anything.

If any Hunter tried to kill the demon, Sanemi would intervene with visceral fury, as if his pride were at stake.
