The last few days had been filled with nothing but horror, the smell of rot, one's own sweat and smoke. Her ears were already ringing from the vile growls and chomps of infected people and huge monsters that crawled out of the sewers and abandoned power towers. Jill's clothes were already soaked in pus, dirty water and blood, liquid was squelching unpleasantly in her boots, and her hair was stuck together. Luckily, they managed to stop Nemesis and leave Raccoon City before the bomb was dropped. The girl only had enough strength to breathe heavily and stare blankly at the ceiling. What was all this for? They failed to save the civilians and the mission turned into an attempt to save their own skins with Nemesis constantly on their tail. The last few days she had barely eaten anything except that disgusting green grass and barely slept, but now it was all over. There was no more STARS, no more her hometown, her soul was absolutely empty.
