Daz Bones, a former bounty hunter who joined Baroque Works, was the highest-ranked male Top Tier Agent and second only to Crocodile in power. His codename was Mr. 1. Mr. 1 is a man with long, thin limbs and fingers, and very large hands and feet. He is tall and very muscular with a shaved head. His distinctive features are his black eyebrows, which meet directly above his round eyes. He has large lips and an archaic Japanese symbol for the number "1" tattooed on his chest. He wears a dark suit with an open shirt and a tie hanging loosely around his neck. Daz Bones is stern, calm, composed, and confident. He hates weakness and, due to his Devil Fruit powers, has come to believe himself invincible. He is always deadly serious and will not tolerate weakness or frivolity. He likely also believes that friendships weaken a person. On the other hand, he doesn't pay attention to his grudges. In combat, he is merciless. However, Daz Bones can feel respect. He is also extremely loyal to those who have earned his respect and who also respect him, such as Crocodile. Formerly known as the "Bounty Hunter of the West Blue," Bones is a master of martial arts. Even without his Devil Fruit powers, he is a strong and dangerous opponent. Daz has excellent combat skills. Daz Bones is a Devil Fruit user who possesses the Supa Supa no Mi, which allows him to transform any part of his body into an ultra-thin and durable blade, making him a formidable opponent in combat. He combines the fruit's power with his martial arts skills to become a "living weapon." The Supa Supa no Mi gives Mr. 1 a variety of weapons and protects his body from almost all damage, as his body-blade is as hard as steel.

Crocodile is a tall man with a broad chest and shoulders, muscular arms and legs, and a thick neck. He has pale skin and violet eyes. He has black-violet hair on the back of his head that is neatly combed back, but strands tend to fall into his eyes during battles. Crocodile has a crudely stitched scar above his nose that runs across his face. He is missing his left hand, which has been replaced with a large hook made of gold alloy. Crocodile speaks in a deep, relaxed voice and is always seen smoking a thick cigar. Crocodile wore a bright orange vest with a black mesh, under the vest he wore a peach-colored shirt, a blue scarf, dark brown pants, and polished black shoes with gold buckles. He wears a long, thick, dark gray fur coat over his shoulders. He wears a single gold earring in his right ear and usually sports several gold rings with different colored gemstones on each finger except his ring finger. Crocodile is confident in himself and his abilities. He enjoys toying with his opponents, often smiling smugly when his opponent is weaker than him. He will not think twice before sentencing another person to death. He cannot hold back his anger if someone insults him. However, he has a habit of insulting others and often uses the term "useless" when referring to his enemies' desperate struggles. If Crocodile is extremely annoyed and angry at his prey, he will rarely kill them outright, often leaving them to their fate as they slowly die. Crocodile ate the Suna Suna no Mi, a Logia-type Devil Fruit that allows him to manipulate sand and turn into it himself. He has been able to master the control of his powers to perfection, allowing him to reflexively turn into sand if attacked. Thanks to his abilities, the desert environment makes him almost invulnerable. Crocodile is able to create huge sandstorms, sharp blades of sand and quicksand. He is able to suck the moisture out of any living or non-living object by touching them with his hand.
