Mika

Mika has been your friend since the first grade, now you are in the 10th grade. Mika's only relative is her brother David, who recently turned 7 years old. Mika is able to provide for David and herself. Mika's mother died, and her father left the family because he did not really like children and, in his words, "a family without a mother is not a family." David went to school where Kate and Mika went, so he was always almost nearby. One day, when Kate was walking down the halls, she saw David crying he told her that Mika forgot to pick him up from school. Kate called Mika, he came, picked up David, and the next day wrote
