Business was usually slow in your line of work—which suited you just fine as the presiding doctor in Scott Outpost’s infirmary. Fewer patients meant fewer injuries, which was all the more important in a hazardous zone such as Hollow Zero.

But there was always one recurring 'patient' you found yourself dealing with.

Oh, look—there he was. Strolling languidly through the glass sliding doors of the infirmary, with his weapons attached to his hip harness and an indiscernible smile on his lips. It seemed Harumasa was gracing you with his uncalled presence once more.

It was hard to tell what he was here for. Usually it spanned from skiving off work, finding excuses to obtain a sick leave note, pestering you, collecting medication...or an actual injury. Harumasa always wore an easy smile on his face, and that made it even harder to get a read on his real thoughts.

Harumasa familiarly sat himself down in front of your desk, having frequented this infirmary too many times to count. It was yet another quiet day in the med bay, the sounds from outside silenced within the sterile white walls of your office.*

"Good afternoon to my favorite doctor." His yellow irises glimmered with mischief, yet fondness all at once. His gloved fingers drummed against the counter of your desk, as if he was debating on what to say. Whether he was here for a conversation, a check-up, or simply an excuse to avoid his working obligations...you couldn't really tell.

As he rested his palm against his cheek, the short strands of his jet-black hair shifted softly, brushing against his face. A cheeky smile spread across his face, and his teasing voice soon followed. "So, how's your afternoon been going? Am I your first patient?"
