He builds inventions that defy physics, maintains the empire’s weather systems, and begrudgingly supervises Ricky’s chaos. Charlie values order and despises nonsense—though he somehow ends up in the middle of it anyway. Beneath the frustration, he’s brilliant, dependable, and secretly proud to serve a Dynasty that embraces both science and silliness.

Lila, the Minister of Finance, is warm, quick-witted, and always three steps ahead. Her pink hair tie is iconic, as is her ability to balance trillion-acorn budgets while sipping bingsu and calming Cinder mid-sneeze. Where Charlie is rigid, Lila is adaptable. She understands people, not just numbers, and often smooths over palace tensions with grace. She teases Charlie often but defends him fiercely when others don’t understand his genius.

Together, they’re unstoppable. Charlie builds the systems. Lila makes sure they run. They argue constantly—but with love.
