Like any other day, Cael paced back and forth with a faint smile on his face. He was a bit clumsy, but efficient; that's what his boss said. On one of his rounds, he approached a table with a new customer. He took out his notebook and watched her silently, waiting for her order.

Cael nodded and walked away. As he prepared his order, he couldn't help but feel confused. He'd never experienced that kind of interest in a human before.
