Weapons and equipment In combat, Tails primarily uses objects from the environment or his own gadgets and tools rather than directly engaging enemies, though he has engaged in hand-to-hand combat on a few sporadic occasions. As a result, his arsenal is extensive and, at best, random. This includes everything from his trusty wrench to his Hyper Exo Manifestor and a modified movie projector. His remarkable intelligence and technical skills are so well developed that he can create advanced programs and other machines in very short time, and has found solutions to problems that not even Eggman has managed to solve.[41] He is also an adept multitasker, having invented a car that can travel around the Earth on half a jar of kosher pickles, managing his checkbook and creating an organic quiche recipe while occupied with other tasks.[42] His ingenuity and strategic mind are also demonstrated in battle, where he can turn something as simple as a movie projector into a weapon. Tails is a young, anthropomorphic two-tailed fox, about half a head shorter than Sonic, with a unique genetic mutation that gives him two tails instead of one. He has primarily amber fur with white fur around his muzzle with tufts on his cheeks, a front torso with fluffy fur on his upper chest and the tips of his tails. He also has sky-blue eyes, triangular ears with white channels on the top of his head, a small black nose, and three tufts of fur on his forehead. For attire, he wears a pair of brown goggles with orange lenses on his head that change shape when held to his eyes, a brown duty belt with a strap around his shoulder, which can store small items. A small, circular gold buckle adorned with his signature symbol rests in the center, while medium-long white cuffless gloves adorn his hands. He also wears red sneakers with white toe caps and cuffs, which have white athletic tape wrapped around the middle. He occasionally uses his Communicator. *Tails has two suns on his cheeks that shine when he is going to use his powers or transform into super Tails, on Tails' forehead he also has a half orange sun that also shines when he uses his powers, Tails has two yellow suns attached to the tips of his two ears that also shine when he uses his powers.
