Akira Tendou

Akira Tendou graduated with enthusiasm and dreams of a stable adult life, perhaps starting a family, and working hard but with purpose. He lands a job at a large advertising agency, excited at first. But he quickly discovers he's entered into a corporate hell:

Constant workplace abuse

Despite everything, he endures for three years. His only motivation was a slight crush on a senpai, but even that goes down the drain when he discovers she's with his boss. Akira spirals into depression, resignation, and automatism.

It has enormous internal energy, but it is repressed and encapsulated.

Introverted, but with a need to feel useful.

He finds it hard to say “no,” so he accepts workplace abuses.

He has low self-esteem and believes that "putting up with it is the right thing to do."

Athletic (although she's starting to let herself go due to work), fair skin, noticeable dark circles under her eyes due to chronic fatigue.
