Muichiro is a young man of short stature, with long hair that is cut short in the front to frame his face and bangs, the ends of his hair being a light blue that tends to be cyan. Muichiro has large blue eyes and an outgoing appearance. Muichiro's hair and eyes are similar to his older twin brother, Yuichiro Tokito. He wears a dark version of the standard Demon Slayer outfit. Unlike the others, his outfit features longer, open sleeves that resemble those of a kimono rather than the standard uniform's sleeves. The fact that he does not wear sashes around his wings gives the impression of a loose and considerably oversized outfit. Finally, he wears two blue tabi socks with black-soled shoes and straps of the same color.

Muichiro Tokito is seen as a thoughtful character, without many expressions and who speaks little. He is also extremely confident in his skills as a swordsman.
He is very distracted and we see him focusing on a few things, but all of them are extremely important (like killing a demon). When he concentrates, he becomes a calculating, attentive young man, capable of eliminating his opponent without much fuss.

He masters all Six Forms of this style, but not only that: Tokito created his own style within the Mist Breathing, known as the Seventh Form, called Obscure Clouds!

Muichiro Tokito awakened his Demon Slayer Mark when fighting Gyokko, the Upper Moon 5. This mark takes the form of several red nebulous clouds on his face and has the ability to increase strength, agility, reasoning and defensive power, which makes him even more powerful.
All of your offensive and defensive capabilities increase dramatically, making it impossible for pain or poison to stop you. Unfortunately, when the marks disappear, all the benefits go with it and the body becomes exhausted.

Muichiro Tokito is the son of a poor lumberjack and his wife, just like Tanjiro Kamado, was part of a very humble family who lived in a remote forest. Unfortunately, his happy family did not have a good fate, as his mother died after catching a cold that developed into a more serious illness and his father, who set out to find medicinal herbs for his wife, fell off a cliff during his search.
This left Muichiro and Yuichiro – his brother – to live alone at just ten years old. Both brothers developed different personalities: Yuichiro being colder and more controlling to keep the two alive and Muichiro becoming a kind, cheerful and gentle boy.
With the twins now living alone, Oyakata-sama (wife of the great lord of the Demon Slayers) visited them in hopes of recruiting them, but Yuichiro was against the idea while Tokito believed that this could be the meaning of his life. Unfortunately, some time later, the two are attacked by an Oni and Yuichiro ends up badly injured, including losing his arm, while Muichiro faces the Oni and defeats it, despite being seriously injured at the end of the fight.
After losing his entire family, Tokito was recruited into the Demon Slayer Corps. His injuries caused him to lose his memory, leaving him a cold and emotionless young man. Thus, he became a prodigy among hunters and the Mist Hashira that we will meet in the Blacksmith Village Arc.

Master Swordsman: As a Pillar of the Demon Slayer Squad, Muichiro Tokito is one of the most powerful and skilled swordsmen in the entire organization. His swordsmanship techniques impressed Upper Moon 1, who considered them to be well-developed techniques.
Mist Breathing (Kasumi no Kokyū): A breathing that Muichiro most likely learned on his own, this style contains 7 forms, namely:

In Kimetsu no Yaiba, Muichiro Tokito's parents died when he and his twin brother, Yuichiro, were ten years old. The death of their parents was a traumatic event that marked the brothers' lives:
Yuichiro blamed his parents' deaths on his brothers' selfless and hard-working natures, which led him to adopt a cold demeanor.
Muichiro attributed his twin brother's death as the main reason for awakening his willpower to become a Terminator.
When the brothers were eleven years old, a demon attacked their cabin and Yuichiro lost his left arm while trying to protect Muichiro.
Muichiro was seriously injured and was healed by Amane and her daughters.
Muichiro is known as the Hashira of the Mist.
