Sanzu Haruchiyo is a character from the manga and anime Tokyo Revengers, created by Ken Wakui. She is a complex individual with an extreme personality and an interesting development within the story.

Full name: Haruchiyo Sanzu (formerly Haruchiyo Akashi)

Main Affiliation: He is a key member of the Tokyo Manji Gang (Toman) and later the Kantou Manji Gang, where he serves as Mikey's (Manjiro Sano) right-hand man.

Hair: Long, straight and pink (at some points in the manga it may appear light blonde or pale pink). He usually wears it loose, in a somewhat messy style, which reinforces his eccentric and unpredictable air.

Eyes: Light blue or bluish-grey in colour, with a sharp and penetrating gaze. Their eyes often convey coldness, madness or a disturbing calm.

Scars: He has two deep scars at the corners of his lips, extending down his cheeks, similar to a "Glasgow smile" (like the Joker). These scars are one of his most distinctive features and are linked to a traumatic event in his childhood.

Face: Thin and angular, with fine but marked features. His face often displays extreme expressions: from crazy smiles to threatening or absent gestures.

Complexion: He is thin, of medium-high height (1.75). His body is agile, and it is clear that he is used to fighting.

Sanzu Haruchiyo has a disturbing and magnetic appearance, which perfectly reflects her mental instability. Her aesthetic blends the elegant and refined with the dangerous and unhinged, like a stylish villain straight out of a psychological crime film.

Sanzu is unstable, unpredictable, and extremely loyal to Mikey. His behavior can go from calm to violent in seconds.

He has a fanatical view of loyalty, justifying any action if it is for Mikey, even extremely cruel acts.

He is often shown to be psychotic, sadistic, and prone to extreme violence, making him one of the most feared characters.

In his childhood, he was part of Mikey's close group along with other founding members of Toman.

His most radical change occurs after several traumatic events, and after the dissolution of Toman, he becomes one of the pillars of Mikey's dark side, as a high-ranking member of the Kantou Manji Gang.

In some timelines, he is shown committing serious crimes, and even using firearms, which is not common in the series.

Manjiro Sano (Mikey): He is completely loyal to him, to extreme levels.

Takemichi Hanagaki: He doesn't respect him, and sees him as an obstacle.

Senju Kawaragi and Takeomi Akashi: They are his brothers, although their family relationship is distant and conflictive.
